Description of Beds:. Wilson has a fixed double bed across the width of the van, with a fully sprung mattress and memory foam topper to ensure the best night's sleep! The bedroom is partitioned off from the main living space to keep it cosy through the night. If required we can provide a tent, sleeping mat/airbed and sleeping bags if you would like to add additional passengers. Description of Seating: Three belted seats in the front (including driver) with head rests. About the area: Wilson lives at our cottage, which is a stone's throw from Bristol Aiport and only a 15 minute drive from Bristol city centre. Close by are the Mendips, so you can easily explore the beauty of North Somerset or venture further afield to sleepy towns in The Cotswolds, the surf of Cornwall or the wilderness of the Welsh hills. We are happy to provide maps of the area and share our local knowledge with any of Wilson's guests. Parking: If you drive to collect Wilson, you are welcome to leave your car in his secluded, off road parking space. Cooking Equipment: The well equipped kitchen has a double ring gas hob, and if you'd like we can provide our Weber BBQ for those Al Fresco dining days. The essentials include plates | bowls | cooking utensils | chopping board | colander | tin opener | cutlery | frying pan | saucepans and kettle. To quench your thirst there are mugs for tea/coffee, Quirky Campers tumblers, as well as a corkscrew, wine glasses, and champagne flutes if you're celebrating a special occasion! Water Facilities: There is an underslung 75L fresh water tank, along with a 50L waste water tank. We have running cold water, plus hot water heated by the diesel heater. Audio Equipment: Wilson has a JVC head unit and two Pioneer speakers in the living area. USB plug-in and Auxiliary input are both available so you can play your own music, or you can use the CD player or the DAB radio. Type of Heating: A 5 kW Diesel Heater will keep you warm on the coldest of nights. Conversion Story: Wilson started life delivering Vending Machines for a company in Ipswich. Rescued in February 2019, he was transformed into a mobile country cottage by his owners Ed & Gabriella before embarking on an 11,000 mile European road trip over the summer. Somewhat Tardis like, he manages to feel spacious and open on the inside whilst only being 1.3 metres longer than a BMW 3 series! Note that Wilson is limited to 100kmph (62mph) which gives you more time to enjoy the journey as well as the destination!
