Bodywork in good condition for the age. A couple of minor bumps however no major dents etc.
The van has been converted by ourselves and was our full time home for 2 years. There is plenty of storage under the bunk beds, in the kitchen area (above head and below), above the window on the drivers side, under the bench’s behind the front seats and above the cab area.
As well as the bunks beds (top bunk & bottom bunk), the wooden bench’s and rear seats can be made into a small double the width of the van.
The electrics can be accessed in the top cupboard nearest the back of the van and the battery is kept in the cupboards under the hob, with the gas bottle next to it.
There is space for a fridge next to the cupboard (unfortunately fridge not included) and there is more cupboard space above this area.
A porta potty is included and has a space tucked away under the kitchen storage area – we specifically made this space larger to accommodate a larger porta potty (for example the Thetford 365.
For an outdoor shower you use 2 metal poles (stored under the bed) to hold open the back doors and 2 shower curtains are put up. We have a 10l solar shower (decathlon), it can be filled with water and left in the sun to warm up before using. There is also a sun/rain shade that can be put over the rear doors.
The van is fitted with laminate flooring that is easy to keep clean. The van walls have been insulated with kingspan, foil bubble insulation and wooden cladding. There are 4 lights fitted in the ceiling which run off 12v, usb strip lights are fitted in both bunks and under the cupboard above the rear seats, and there is also a tv with remote fitted to the wall above the rear seats (240v).
We have fitted 2 large window to either side of the van near to the front (one sliding window and one top opening window similar to a bus) and a caravan style window on the passenger side near to the rear (in the kitchen).
The van includes electric hook up, fresh water and waste water tanks (fitted underneath the vehicle).
This van is ready to be used straight away for holidays or full time van living – we may consider including a 300w solar panel, extra 100ah leisure battery and solar controller for the right deal (although not fitted).
