Newly converted by Dark Lane Campervan Co. in Macclesfield providing for completely off grid camping as well as on site stays. All of our vans are unique and are designed to give a warm and natural feel with lots of country charm. Finished with a mix of dark wood, oak and copper detailing and Harris Tweed fabric throughout.
The cladding has been treated with a high quality and durable Imbuia wood-stain and finished with several coats of Woodoc wax oil for a smooth, protective finish and light shine. All the paint is hard wearing Little Greene acrylic eggshell.
Insulation
Dodo hex sound deadening with Dodo thermo fleece insulation and thermo van liner. All cavities filled with fleece insulation or expanding foam. The floor has been insulated with Celotex board and marine plywood. Lots of pictures available showing the quality of the construction.
Kitchen
The large kitchen worktops are made from locally sourced Waney Edge Oak boards and treated with Osmo Top Oil.
