This van was purchased in March 2020 off a friend who is an accredited Land Rover technician who had the van professionally converted. The van has 2 previous owners.
Very well looked after. Bodywork is in good condition for the age.

– Converted to a high standard, fitted with the best German elevating roof made by Reimo costing £4000 with receipt and balance of 7 years warranty (4 years). This roof can also be fitted with roof rails and a roof rack unlike cheaper roofs.
– Riding on load rates lower springs (superb ride quality and improved handling).
– 2018 Vito leather captain seats with armrests each side. The passenger one swivels to face the rear.
– Smef double gas ring combination sink with electric pump supplied tap recessed into solid wood worktop (no laminate here!)
– Gas BBQ point perfect to plug in your Cadac grill (grill not supplied).
– In board water tank filled by food grade hose (supplied) with auto shut-off when full (external waste tank also supplied).
– Mains 240v RCD protected hook up with 2 twin 13amp sockets and vehicle battery (vehicle battery replaced brand new in May 2021).
– 6 Spotlights inside with dimmer functionality
– Rear fold down bicycle rack
– Front window wind deflectors

Storage
There is ample under seat storage, a wardrobe/cupboard compartment and good space under the sink/hob area for all pots and pans etc. There is also storage compartments in the back, great smaller items that won’t then roll about anywhere.
The van sleeps 4. Double bed upstairs by putting in 3 sleeper boards. Double bed downstairs made from M1 crash tested seat with seat belts (crash certificate supplied).
