Conversion Description
A modern and newly converted camper-van, custom built with a modern take on a luxury cottage style. With a custom full vehicle re-spray complimenting the vehicle giving it a real stand out classy look.

OUTSIDE:
We have four large windows fitted, one each side of the vehicle and two to the rear of the vehicle. Both side windows can be opened to cool and allow fresh air throughout. A 180watt solar panel is located on the roof, providing plenty power for off-grid adventures. To the rear of the vehicle is a gloss black 20l jerry can.

INSIDE:
The van walls, ceiling and floor have been extensively insulated throughout, with the addition of Dodo sound deadening used on all vehicle panels. Pine tongue and groove cladding has been used throughout, stained and treated with Danish oil. Any
remaining exposed metal inside the van has been covered with carpet further helping prevent any condensation. The added bonus of a diesel heater onboard makes this camper comfortable to enjoy all year round in any season.

KITCHEN:
A spacious handcrafted L-shaped kitchen area, complete with bespoke units and storage using light-weight materials. Functionality and storage have been taken into account during the creation of this space. Storage includes large cupboard spaces and overhead shelving. To make best use of the space,
there is a large countertop featuring a dual ring gas hob and sink, along with shelving and magnetic knife bar to finish the kitchen space off nicely.

SHOWER:
There is a collapsable shower located in the bench seating to the rear of the van – this is by the brand Colapz. To use we simply open both of the rear doors, hook the shower curtain across fixed to both doors creating a shower cubicle at the rear of the
van. The shower head then fits in a subtle holder attached to the door providing a private shower area. The shower is supplied from a refillable 10Lwater source, and works via a submersible pump. The shower curtain and shower fold away and stored out
of sight whilst not in use. This has offered a great use of space and the additional bonus of having a fully functioning shower but not permanently taking up valuable space within the van.

LIVING SPACE:
Spacious seating area with bespoke upholstered bench seat cushions, this seating area folds down into a double bed, with DuraFoam memory foam making up the mattress. A large solid wood table is located in the centre of the large seating area, simply to sink into the bed and raise back to table and seating area.
Under both bench seats offer a large storage space.

SLEEPING:
Full size double bed (138 cm x 190 cm), the bed is converted from the table on a telescopic table leg. The table is simply lowered with the seating cushions making up the double mattress.

ELECTRICS:
Electrical system includes:
1 × 110 Ah leisure battery,
– 120 watt Solar panel
– 240 V mains charger hook up installed discreetly in the garage area
– Inverter with 2x 3 pin plug socket and double USB ports
– 12 V double USB port which includes a battery voltage monitor.
– 6 × 12 V ceiling spot lights on dimmer switch.
– Large 75L Dometic fridge freezer
The electrical system is compact and tidy, located within the
bench seating and is easily accessible from both inside and to the rear off the van.

WATER:
Under the sink houses one 25 litre fresh water tank and one 25
lire waste water on quick release for ease of filling, emptying
and cleaning.
The water tank is extremely practical as this can be quickly
removed and filled directly from a water source and is easier to
clean than a fixed tank

GAS:
The gas bottle has a tie down strap to stop any movement whilst
driving, and the required drop out vent. All provided with landlords gas certificate.

STORAGE AREA:
This conversion was built with storage in mind. Under the bench seating is all storage space, these can both be accessed from inside and outside the van with ease.

ADDITIONAL STORAGE:
Above the seating are two storage cupboards ideal for clothes, books and other items you may want quick access to. Above the drivers cabin is all storage space. All of this storage allows your items to be stored in an organised and practical way.

SAFETY:
Carbon monoxide and smoke alarm. As well as fire extinguisher located in the kitchen, and fire blanket in the diesel heater cupboard. A seatbelt cutter and window break is located in the drivers cabin within easy reach.
The Citreon Relay van is in great condition. The van is super clean, fresh and and ready to go on any adventure you have in mind!
