LDV Maxus Roger Red Van (Camper on V5C)

Apologies for lack of replies when I listed him before – I’ve been out of the country working – back now and ready to reply properly! Reduced to £5000 for quick sale as heading away again in a couple of weeks.

For sale is Roger Red Van, he is an LDV Maxus part converted campervan just waiting for you to take him on his summer adventures. Registered as a Campervan on V5C.

This advert has all the info you need, he is so well loved and I just want him to have a good home where he will be taken on some trips where I haven’t been able to!

As a van

He is a 2007 LDV maxus (manual 5 gears) and has only done 85 000 miles (the mot is showing the incorrect mileage due to an error on the odometer, looking in to how to have this fixed).

I bought him as a project and have realised I just don’t have the time or capability to get the bits done that he needs, so he is pretty much as I bought him.

He has never let me down and drives really nicely even though he’s a big guy – officially LWB but sized more like MWB. (Under 3.5 tonnes so can be driven on a normal licence).

Body work- he has a couple of dents from going round some tight bridges (from a previous owner) – but nothing that interferes with function.

Campervan

He is currently part converted and could do with some attention to get him up to scratch. I’ve been very happily using him just as he is so up to new owners what they want to use him for.

He has a gas dual cooker system and grill but due to the long standing time without use, I think it needs a bit of an unblock- as far as I’m aware it is structurally sound.
Electrics are his issue, the bloke before me did the electrics and I (having very little experience of electrics) think they need a bit of a re-do.
