The Base Vehicle
Citroen Relay 2011 L3H2 with 95k on the clock. The van has been in our ownership for under a year, in which time there has been a recent MOT pass with no advisories and a full service. Upon receipt of the deposit the van will have a new full service and any recommended fixes carried out before handover. The cab is accessible from the rear of the vehicle with an insulated wall and blackout blind for privacy. There are two newly upholstered single belted seats with armrests, electric windows, reversing camera, a new Sony stereo with bluetooth music/phone calls and a dual fast charge USB point which is connected to the leisure battery.
There is also Van Guard Roof Rack and a Rhino Ladder.

Insulation & Sound Deadening
The van was been sound deadened with Dodomat and the floor, walls, ceiling and bulkhead partition wall have been thoroughly insulated with a mixture of Recticel foil-backed foam insulation, recycled plastic bottle insulation and Dodomat Thermoliner.

Windows & Openings
There are six windows in total, five of which provide panoramic views from the bed; these include rear barn door windows with integrated black out blinds, two smaller opening windows on either end of the bed with bespoke blinds in matching fabric to the bench and cab chairs, a large window in the sliding door with integrated blackout blind and a large Skymaxx LX roof window which is 70x50cm, fully opening and includes an integrated black out blind and fly screen.
Additional natural light comes in through the Maxxair Maxxfan Deluxe which is a remote-controlled fan with varying speeds and the option for ‘air in’ or ‘air out’ functions, allowing for a thorough breeze when used alongside open windows.

Electrics
The leisure side of the van is powered by a 100ah Vehicle Power Hub from Portable Power Technology, this is a fantastic all in one Lithium battery with various inputs and outputs, it’s charged by the 175w Renogy Solar Panel along with the option to charge from the vehicle alternator upon request. From the vehicle power hub there is a 500W 240V inverter offering a standard 3-pin UK plug and a 12V fuse board from Wired Campers offering an illuminated control panel which is on the wall as you enter the vehicle.
There are 6 LED lights on the ceiling, 4 running down the centre of the van and two above the sliding door. There are USB sockets in the bench alongside the 3-pin plug socket, two USB sockets in the cab of the van, two USB sockets and a 12v outlet alongside the iPad mount which is perfect for watching TV/Films and an additional LED light and 12v/Dual USB outlet in the dog bed area which is perfect for powering the removable USB powered fan.
There is also a Wireless phone charging pad integrated in the shelf next to the bench.

Comfort & Heating
The bed is a standard UK full size double bed mounted widthways in the van with an IKEA mattress which has been used a handful of times with a mattress protector.
In the bedroom area there are two switchable reading lights with constant power to the USB sockets which are built in to them.
The large bench seating is made of memory foam and could be used as guest sleeping.
Heating is provided by a Maxpeedingrods Diesel Heater which is mounted under the bed in one of the storage areas with an outlet vent in the bench. This has a 5 litre diesel tank mounted at the back of the vehicle storage area for easily filling and has a control panel with thermostat, programmer and there is a remote fob for turning the diesel heater on and off.

Kitchen
The Kitchen is made up of modern white units, black door knobs, a pine worktop with additional stow-able worktop extension on brackets and a Dometic 9722 sink and hob combination which includes a cold tap, fresh and grey water tanks and two gas burners supplied from the sealed gas locker. The kitchen is brand new and hasn’t been used.

Storage
Under the bed features a versatile space perfect for dogs with a memory foam mattress dog bed in matching upholstery, a light, hook for the dog seat belt, USB charging port with a removable 12v fan. Alternatively, the bed can be removed and space used for additional storage.
Either side of the dog bed area features two deep storage sections running the entire bed width with shelving (which can be removed easily if additional height is needed), accessed from the van’s rear. With durable rubber flooring, this space is ideal for storing camping chairs and other equipment.
There are 5 overhead storage cupboards with fixings which are designed to store items securely stop any rattling and keep the van quiet when in transit.
The large bench has a hinged lid offering access to storage space along with the leisure electrics and a chest fridge.
