Off Grid Rustic Cabin on Wheels

This is our rustic cabin conversion Maple. We purchased Maple as a new conversion in March 2019 and lived in her for 9 months full time so we know how comfortable and cosy she is to live in, a very practical and solid conversion which has stood up to our use as a full time home and also as a travelling holiday home.
As a rustic conversion all cupboards and fittings are made from wood, both new and reclaimed.
The double bed has a really comfortable memory foam mattress, this also converts to a large sofa if needed.
The small sofa is also suitable as a pet bed or small child’s bed.
The soft furnishings and curtains are new and hand finished.
There are 2 overhead cupboards over each sofa/bed, plus a double cupboard underneath the small sofa.
There are 2 large double cupboards in the kitchen area, with solid wooden work surfaces.
A further cupboard plus fitted shelves gives good storage in the kitchen area and provides a night shelf for the double bed area.
Log store/boot cupboard.
There is rustic wooden table which secures into the floor.
A copper ‘jam pan’ sink and tap, with an onboard fresh/ waste water system, operated by a foot pump.
New Double gas hob, with gas cylinder stored underneath, with drop out vent.
The lighting comes through copper piping which runs around the ceiling and is very atmospheric with copper piping also used as curtain rails and decoration/towel rail around the sink area.
There is a 12v system with an inverter which is situated under the double bed, with a monitor giving battery readings plus 2 USB sockets and 12 v socket at the side of the bed.
The log burner is set on a marble slab with a double lined flue, it has fire proof tiles to the side and back and an all weather flue on top.
The garage area is situated under the double bed and is accessed from either the side door (outside) or a small door beneath the bed ( inside) with plenty of room for storage.
There is a new toilet which is also stored under the bed.
The underneath is treated with Lanoguard at the end of the summer to protect it through the winter.
We have had new tyres and a regular services since owning her, MOT in October with reasonable mileage for her age.
The electrics have been checked.
Water system has been checked.
New gas hob installed and awaiting sign off.
Hard wearing wooden floor.
A recent habitation check has confirmed the above is all in good order.
We have thoroughly enjoyed our time living and travelling in Maple and feel this is the time to try our own conversion build and to find Maple some new people to take on her adventures.
