Firstly – the images listed are of a recent, sold conversion. The listing is for a van which will be of IDENTICAL layout to this van and will be completed and ready in around 8 weeks. The latest build will not house the dog area situated under the bed (the featured van was a commission for a customer who is travelling with dogs). It is built on a newer, facelift model with the van specifications listed above. I really wanted to get this listed and generate some interest to save some time when the van is finished.

The new van will feature side extension flares to make the bed much larger – can’t wait to utilise these!

Insulation:

We use a completely natural pure wool insulation on all doors, cavities and along the sides of the van
We use 50mm rigid celotex on the roof
The van is wrapped and fully sealed in a dual layer of aluminium foil

This conversion includes the following:

Powder coated black rear access ladder

Dual swivel seat system (euro crash tested and approved)

2x Dometic heiki skylights

2x tinted opening windows, drivers side & passenger side slide opening door

Set of bed extension flares

Dometic CRX65 compressor fridge

Custom resin lightweight belfast sink (from ThisMovingHouse)

2 Burner hob used on yachts (Eno)

220 watts of solar

2x 110aH AGM batteries

50 litre internal fresh wheel well water tank externally fillable

20 litre waste water tank

Stainless steel faucet with swivel function for outdoor showering

MPPT charge controller

300 Watt Victron 240v inverter

240V socket outlet

6 LED lights

2x dimmable strip lights mounted underneath the overhead cabinets

2x hafele 12v reading lights with USB charge outputs

Gas manifold, outlets, regulators and drop vent positioned in the rear of the van with a 4.5kg compatible gas locker

Fiamma water accumulator

Slide-out porta potty fitted on 120kg locking drawer slides

All units are constructed with FSC 18mm and 12mm birch plywood with 2mm solid maple edge banding

All 12mm birch ply is lacquered with a 10% sheen, giving the drawers exceptional toughness and longevity

Marine grade vinyl upholstery will be used on the ceiling and wall panels

Professionally upholstered seat cushion

Full double memory foam mattress

Lagun swivel seat and table

Acrylic interweave fabric will be used on rear door panels (instead of rubber vinyl showed in the pictures above)

High quality commercial grade vinyl flooring (instead of the vinyl shown in the pictures)

The conversion includes the following units:

Dresser with 4 large drawers and soft-close runners

Wardrobe which houses the portapotty and rail for attaching storage boxes and small hangers

Bench seat which houses the electrical system

1 Large upper cabinet with 3 drawers and compartments fitted with blum hinges and Hafele 10N door-open-stays

1 Small upper cabinet (above bench) fitted with blum hinges and Hafele 10N door-open-stays

Kitchen unit which houses a CRX65 Dometic compressor fridge, belfast sink, cooker, faucet and 3 large drawers

A large cross-span bed provides significant under bed permanent storage.
