Full MOT, thousands spent mechanically over last couple of years to include recent brand new turbo, air mass meter, new battery, fuel injectors, glow plugs, glow plug relay, timing chain kit, remap to 180bhp.
The van runs and drives so smooth with no knocks or rattles. The van always starts first time and runs great, It has never let me down even in winter in freezing conditions.
The van has power in reserve and pulls smoothly and cleanly throughout the rev range. The 6 speed manual gearbox is smooth and slick in every gear. The brakes are all good and sharp.
The tyres are all virtually new BF Goodrich KO2 All-Terrain tyres including a brand new and unused spare mounted on a new Wheeliams rear wheel carrier.
I recently had cruise control retro-fitted which transforms the van on lengthy journeys. The cruise was fitted using OEM stalk and parts.
The bodywork is clean under the wrap. This is a 1 previous owner van, being a self employed carpenters van prior to my ownership so was looked after. There is a tiny bit of damage to the bodywork on the n/side lower at the rear quarter just in front of the wheel arch where it caught high stone on a campsite however this is barely noticable as the wrap covers and distracts from it.
I have pictures of the van prior to wrapping it so you can see how clean and rust free the van is under the wrap.
The wrap is a custom design and is wrapped fully with a premium wrap film/overlaminate and carries a 12 year durability.
The name Saoirse means “Freedom’ in Irish and I built this van mainly to tour Ireland, however should you wish to rename the van I can rebrand the van accordingly or add your own instagram handle.
The van is, in my opinion, mechanically sound and is a very high spec build with no expense spared and comes with MOT until 10th April 2024.

High Standard Self Build.
I bought the van from a professional carpenter who had built several vans prior to this. I bought the van in a partially built state (Basic layout, fixings and most of cabinetry done) and have spent the last few years, in my opinion, perfecting the van.
I have used the van and improved the van consistently throughout my ownership and have spent huge money doing so and adding high quality fixtures and fittings.
It has a fixed king size bed with huge storage/garage area underneath accessed from the rear of the van.
The van has a 80L Dometic compressor fridge/freezer, a recently upgraded and brand new Thetford oven & grille, two ring gas burner, 100 litre water tank feeding hot and cold water with instant and endless (up to tank capacity) hot water at a rate of 10litres per minute from the gas combi boiler. Clever space saving internal shower with mixer taps under the seat, external hot and cold shower.
Cassette toilet under seat with chemical manual flush.
Erbespacher diesel night heater with easy start 7 day timer, plumbed into diesel tank. This heats the van very quickly and efficiently and is excellent in winter with the timer and presets.
Ample storage space in over head cupboards as well as in kitchen cabinets and above cab.
Kitchen worktop housing sink, new mixer tap with pull out extendable end and sray or pour functions, extending fold up kitchen top/table as we as pull out table under the bed.
Various usb sockets around the van aswell as 3000W inverter giving continous peak power of 2000W so will run hair dryer etc with ease. Also 230V sockets that run only when on hook up. The van has a split charge leisure battery set up and isolator switch. It has a 175W solar panel on the roof and charges the leisure battery also when driving from the main batter/smart alternator.
This set up was designed with being off grid in mind and if just using led lights and usb ports aswell as fridge running continuously I have been off grid for 5 days without starting or moving the van with no issues with or loss of power. The fridge cuts out and runs intermittently to save and reserve power and also has a night time mode for silent running.
Front twin captains chairs with arm rests both with swivel bases and retrimmed in leather. Full Reimo cab blinds to front and side windows
Brand New Alpine 9″ touch screen tablet style sat nav unit with built in apple car play.
Media socket/usb port in cab. OEM Cup holder conversion. Additional USB sockets added in cab.
Externally the van has the full wrap, almost brand new Fiamma F80s awning, external water filler, external gas BBQ point, electric hook up point and external shower locker housing mixer taps. On the roof there is 2 x 400mm x 400mm roof vents with built in mosquito nets and blackout blinds.
The van has uprated suspension and almost new 16″ wheels with BF Goodrich KO2 tyres including a new and unused spare mounted on a Wheeliams bespoke fabricated rear door spare wheel carrier.
The van also has a sunvisor which compliments the looks but is fully functional and protects from the sun shining through the windscreen.
The gas work was done by a professional installer (Voyager Camper Conversions, Wrexham) and is all to required standard using proper LPG rated pipes and joints.
Gas bottle will be included with sale as these are now hard to find and can only be refilled on an exchange basis as new bottles are now hard to source.
The van really is done and finished to a very high standard and is a lovely, spacious and practical build/layout and it really needs to be seen to be appreciated. There is probably things I have missed but the van wants for nothing in my opinion and is ready to drive away and adventure in. The interior fittings such as plants, mirrors and comforts can be negotiated, along with bedding, throws and cushions if required.
I have used the van solely by myself and am a non smoker so the van has never been smoked in since built.

Fixed Bed with memory foam King Size (150cm x 200cm) mattress and the side seating area can be used as a single bed, however please remember it only has two belted seats for travelling.
