We have owned the Big Green Van since 2021, and in that time have carried out extensive work including:
New timing belt and water pump
New brake lines
New Starter battery and alternator
New starter motor
1 new glow plug
and paintwork and grafitti art repair
Added deadlocks to cab, sliding, and barn doors for additional security
We have kept all receipts, and had it serviced twice since we have owned it. It comes with a partial service history from the previous owner.
As the van is an S category, we paid for a 365 point RAC report to be carried out once purchased, with any recommendations looked at and repaired. The van is in great condition and a full repair to get it back to being roadworthy was undertaken by a previous owner.
Unique Artwork:
The Big Green Van’s (BGV) unique exterior artwork was thoughtfully designed and painted by a talented street artist from Scotland. It is a unique piece of art and is loved and commented on by many people, campervan customers included! Perfect for Instagram and social media – if that’s what you like.
Bespoke Interior:
The BGV is designed for ultimate comfort and flexibility, and the ability to ‘work remote’.
The BGV can be fully off-grid, or hook-up with electric cable. It benefits from a huge 385W solar panel and 220Ah Explorer sealed calcium leisure battery, has several 20 amp & 12V sockets.
Inside the living space the main interior features are:
– 2 swivel-type front seats (driver and a double passenger seat, accommodating 3 people in comfort). In the UK is it perfectly legal to have a side-facing passenger seat that doesn’t not have seatbelts (!) so you can always have people in the back…
– 1 removable Lagun swivel table (1 table or workstation that can be in multiple positions)
– multiple seating areas
– kitchen area has a 2 ring burner LPG gas hob complete with a valid gas safety certificate, a gorgeous brass ‘jam pan’ sink with cold running water, a cool-box, and plenty of storage areas.
– more storage space – above the bed, under seats, and in the garage (or dog kennel) area.
– warm and white LED lighting was strategically added, ensuring a cozy ambiance on every adventure.
The BGV is fully insulated and has a diesel heater. It has a portable cassette toilet and 2 skylights for maximum ventilation, giving you all then essential comforts of home on the road.
Versatile Sleeping Arrangements:
Sleeping up to 3 people with a fixed double bed, and a fixed single, The BGV ensures a good night’s sleep for everyone. There’s even space for an extra guest or a very tall person to sleep in the ‘corridor’.

So why are we selling it? Simply, our personal circumstances have changed.
We have learned that although there is a great business opportunity here, we can’t deliver this business remotely, and aren’t able to deliver it in 2024 ourselves as we will be travelling.
We know from our experience in 2023 that there’s a great side-business opportunity to be had. We have witnessing the demand/ interest – and done business model calculations with evidence to back it up. There’s significant ROI (return on investment) to be had. It is easily possible to earn £10k pa – and even up to £20k pa if you don’t want to use it yourself.
We’ve put lots of work into the business development, creating branding and social media profile, and listed it on various sales platforms. We’ve refined the sales and delivery processes, and prototyping the full delivery process.
