This van was purchased from new and then converted by STC in Bristol to a VERY high standard. (Quirky Converter). Internally finished to a very high standard with all units hand built with oak worktops and wood trimmed cupboards and feature fixtures and fittings. Full size fixed double bed across the rear with a bench seat that converts into the third bed, six hand crafted overhead storage cupboards with intergrated wall mounted TV .Three large draws below the bed. Kitchen area comprises a large black sink with mixer tap, hose and separate filter water tap, hand painted tiled splash back. Dometic 80ltr fridge, Thetford gas oven with 3 ring hob, large under oven draw for pots and pans, handmade cutlery draw. Bathroom has a shower, toilet tray with C220 cassette toilet and shower mixer, waterproof subway tiled panelling on the walls, extractor fan, light, heating and retractable shower door. All control panels for the heating, hot water, lights and solar are located within the living area. The diesel and water heaters are located under the bench seat with controls adjacent. There is vinyl patterned flooring. To the rear of the van there is a garage area finished with black rubber checker plate throughout. In the garage is located 12kg gas bottle, housed in it own metal cabinet, also the full electrical set up including the inverter, battery charger, split charger, fuses etc. The garage area also houses the Bullfinch external shower with curtain to the rear. The van has TWO 110amp Lithium batteries, 12 and 240v socket, USBs are located throughout the van, bedside lamps, dimmable down lighters and boot light. Maxx air fan above kitchen area, skylight over bed with fly screen. The main insulation throughout is sheeps wool with a moisture barrier and sonic gold underlay for the flooring. The van has 90ltr fresh and 60ltr grey underslung water tanks (with level monitors)fillable from external tap to the side of the van.
