Vauxhall Vivaro High Roof Campervan

My much-loved Vauxhall Vivaro camper van is up for sale. I bought it with a basic conversion already done and hired a professional to install electrics, lights and a diesel heater to make her fully off-grid. The conversion itself is rustic and a bit rough around the edges, but it’s got a nice vibe and is wonderfully insulated. Plenty of opportunity to add further value, too.

The bodywork isn’t pristine, as the paint is faded in places and there are a few nicks – but overall, she’s in great condition for her age. Driver’s seat has a hole in the foam, but with the soft cover it’s not noticeable. Crack to plastic of one wing mirror. Mechanics are corrosion-free and it drives perfectly, has never let me down. The logbook features a part-service history, including full history from the last few years.

Diesel heater connected to the fuel tank. Designed to cut out before going into the tank reserve.
L-shaped sofa that pulls out into a comfortable, queen-sized bed
Basic sink with space for a 20L grey water tank and 20L clean water tank in the cupboard beneath
Generous storage space above the bulkhead. It’s deep enough to get several sets of bedding in there, sports equipment etc. I also find the spaces under the sofa very useful
Large tinted window on the sliding door. Manually operated skylight.

The dimensions are the rarer high top, long wheel base Vivaro model. This equates to a medium wheel base length of a regular van. It’s nimble to drive, with a small turning circle and the ability to fit into a regular parking space. A person of any height can stand up inside with headroom to spare.
