Also there’s a dint in the drivers side rear door at the top right corner which you can just about make out on the pictures.
Self build campervan/racevan conversion.
All the units and seating area are handmade with lightweight unlaminated 15mm Moreland ply sanded down and coated with Osmo PolyX.
Fully insulated throughout. The floor has been raised 25mm, battened out with 25mm celotex insulation boards between. The walls and ceiling have been covered with 10mm closed cell foil backed foam, then all voids and cavities filled with recycled plastic insulation.
Camping toilet behind the tambour door.
Loads of storage under the seats, in the cupboards and with a roof box on top.
2 rear seats fixed in with unwin rail on unwin quick release bases. These seats both have isofix. The seats take a couple of seconds to remove and sit upside down on the passenger seat in the front of the van.
The unwin rail is also used for securing motocross bike when used as race van.

External 240v hookup up point. Currently wired into a camping fused box, there is a consumer unit here that can be fitted if you wish. This was the intention but realised that with just the fridge plugged into the 240v that the leisure battery was more than capable of running all the 12v system with no issues.
Comes with Outdoor Revolution Cayman awning with all accessories to fit to the van.
The van was built by myself with the intention of using it for weekends away, day trips, holidays and motocross events, its been a brilliant van for these purposes. Recently done 500 mile round trip to South Wales for 10 day family holiday, along with 250 mile round trip to Helmsley for a motocross event.
The van was planned and built to accommodate 2 (short) adults, 3 children and a dog which it has managed superbly, only looking to sell as the little one is getting too big for the travel cot and looking for a bigger van to convert for us. Im 5’6″ and I can stand up internally, sit under the rear bed without banging my head and sleep width ways in the van with no issues however for those that are taller it may be a compromise.
Could easily be changed into 2 Berth by removing the adjustable bed.
The passenger seating area is quick and easy to remove providing enough room to fit a full sized motorcross bike. The adjustable height bed can be lowered with a bike in the van allowing it to be used.
The rear seating makes an almost full sized double bed with the table folded down at 1350mm wide by 1850mm long.
The raised bed above the seats is manually height adjustable, this drops down to make a small double at 1150mm wide by 1750mm long.
We also used a travel cot which is 760mm wide by 1030mm long for the little one, the travel cot and mattress for this will be included as its no longer big enough.
There was also just enough room for the dogs bed still allowing access to the toilet at night.
The contact details for this vehicle are no longer available because it has either sold or the listing has expired.
