I really do love this little van. It’s been perfect throughout and only being sold due our circumstances changing. It would be a great find for someone who just wants to add a bit of character and personality, without worrying about fitting all of the difficult bits!
EXTERIOR
Tyres with less than 1000 miles on them. All season, mud & snow. They provide incredible traction, they drove in Scotland in the snow without any wheel spin.
200x Brighter Headlight bulbs. Comes with spare bulbs also.
Rooftop vent for additional airflow. Can be open in various directions to deflect wind and rain. Fitted with a blackout curtain.
Condition is pretty good. A couple of very minor imperfections. It has been very well looked after!

INSULATION & HEATING
Fully insulated with a mixture of highly recommended insulation materials. It provides excellent moisture-proofing and temperature regulation. Ply & carpet covered to also help with excellent sound-deadening. Can provide evidence of the entire process of fitting this as it was important to us that this was done properly.
Installed diesel heater with fuel shut off valve. Remote operation. The van is so well insulated that this is more of an additional extra for below freezing temperatures. We trialled the van in Scotland over Christmas in -6 degrees without the heater and we didn’t find it too cold at all!!
ELECTRICS
Large solar panel installed on roof. Running to a Victron Solar Charger.
DC to DC converter for cloudier days, pulling from the alternator to keep the leisure battery charged.
Victron AGM deep cycle leisure battery. Brand new with a 7-10year lifespan.
12V DC switch panel with double USB output and 12V cigarette lighter output located in living space.
Also fitted with a DC power isolator switch running to a fuse box.
IN THE FRONT
Rear view mirror with integrated dashcam, front & rear. Can view both at the same time or separately. Touchscreen.
Bluetooth audio system with aux and USB audio option.
LIVING AREA
Blackout privacy curtains between cab & living space. Can easily be customised and changed to suit the individual.
Premium washable fabric roll for the seating and cushions. Fabric was custom ordered and highly recommended as a long lasting and durable fabric to fit any environment (mud, dogs, sand etc.). We had originally ordered it as we have a Spaniel and was recommended by the fabric specialist for that reason!!
Vinyl flooring, chosen for durability and ability to keep clean.
Custom handmade leather handles for the three opening cabinets. Cabinets are ready to be personalised, hence why their plain at the minute. Can be oiled, painted, stained etc. Handles can also be swapped or replaced easily.
The cabinets have been designed so that all electrics are self contained, with a double space for things such as food or potentially a water bottle and sink to be fitted.
Benefits of having electrics relatively nearby is that it will be very easy to fit a water pump for the sink. This was our original plan.
Underbed storage, separated unit for the diesel heater fuel tank. There’s plenty of additional space for easy access to important items.
Spare carpet and flooring included in sale.
Extendable bed Comfortably fits two and a medium sized dog (springer spaniel). Can also be used as a single bed for additional space. Length of bed is suited for someone up to about 6ft2.
Bed can be extended.
Comfortably fits two adults (up to 6ft2) and a Springer Spaniel sized dog.
Can be used as a single bed for more space if wished.
