2013 converted Mercedes Sprinter LWB camper, fully off grid

– MOT until March 2025 never failed on anything, be happy to get a fresh one for sale if needed
-All electrics fitted by a registered electrician
-Only driven 10,000 in 4 years, used for camping trips
– Fully off grid via solar panels

– DC charger is fitted but not to leisure battery as have never had to use it as solar is so powerful, but simple to do and can connect if you wanted.
-Battery never runs below 85% when have had 6x hot showers and straighteners / heated blanket / boiler on for heating. Have not ever needed to connect to the mains hook up also, but is there if wanted to.
– Renogy 2000w inverter (12v and 240v)
– Ks energy 300ah lithium battery (with battery monitor) still with 7 years warranty
– Bedside lights with two USB charging ports on each
– 240v sockets with USB ports above kitchen surface
– 3 level touch dimmer lights under each cabinet

– Lights controlled via switch the back ones/ front ones and bathroom/ steps (switches also by the bed)
– Truma4e water / air heating boiler. This has 3 outputs three in main living area and one at bottom of the bed. This heats the water in the sink and the shower. One lot of boiled water showered 6 friends at a festival without running out. (100l wheel arch water tank, simply lift mattress to fill
– Maxx air fan
– Thetford oven with 3 ring gas hob (never used the oven)
– Gas all fitted by registered gas engineer (bottle in the garage in metal protective box)
– Swan 12v full size under cabinet fridge/freezer
– Full size kitchen sink with drainer/ chopping board. Detachable tap so can wash wetsuits so on outside the window
– Pull out shelf drawers to side of the fridge and full size cabinet drawers to the left of the oven and drawer below the oven. Pull our rack on the right of the fridge.

– King size bed with made to measure memory foam mattress
– Handmade linen roller blinds (can include matching bedding to go with it)
– Compost toilet, so dont have to deal with any toxic waste simply empty the front jug (urine into toilet or so on) and the back for pooping add sawdust/ cat litter although we prefer not to poop in the van.
– Front two seats swivel to the living area to create seating. (Saves a lot of room and gives more area for cabinets and storage, as we planned to live in it)
– Large garage with 240v plugs
