Day One 

Breakfast – Hidden Hut, Truro

Start your day in the charming Hidden Hut, a local secret serving delicate delicacies, perfect pastries and killer coffee. This cute beach hut is perfectly located on the coastal path for fuel to start your day with a walk along the South Coast taking in the stunning views.  

Lunch – Pod Cafe, Portreath 

Stop off for lunch, more excellent coffee and food with a sea view and beach vibes. We highly recommend the waffles! Taking you up to the North Coast this hidden gem is the perfect break for your day. 

Dinner – The Unicorn on the Beach, Porth Towan

Finish your fun-filled day with some spectacular food alongside sunset beach views. Watch the sun drop below the horizon as you sip on local artisan wines or ales, alongside dishes made from locally sourced ingredients all suited to the season. 

Day Two 

Breakfast – Widemouth Bay Cafe, Bude 

Whether you woke up early to hit the waves or are savouring the late morning sunshine right out of bed, you have to stop at this cafe. Located right on the beachfront, you can expect views of morning surfers with your caffeine fix and yummy vegan (or regular) sausage baps! 

Lunch – Boscastle Farm Shop, Tintagel  

We highly recommend dropping by the Boscastle Farm Shop on a Sunday if at all possible – epic Sunday roasts are on offer here at the weekend, but do week-long hearty fare and the best veggie nut roast in Cornwall! You can take your furry friends along if the weather is nice and make use of the garden space that looks out over the cliffs and ocean. Take a walk down along the coastal path to Boscastle for more amazing views. They also have an independent farm shop chock-full of locally sourced goodies.

Dinner –  The Napoleon Inn, Boscastle 

For a dinner with a bit of history, check out this ancient Cornish pub serving traditional pub grub and beers, and if you’re lucky serenades from the local shanty group, The Boscastle Bouys! 


Day Three 

Breakfast – Cornish Cove Cafe, Port Isaac 

A local gem of a tea room, where no one will judge you for having cake for breakfast! Or even better a traditional Cornish Cream Tea. With freshly brewed coffee on offer too you can get your caffeine fix alongside your sugar hit. 

Lunch – Cornish Pasty Co, Padstow 

You can’t visit Cornwall without a Cornish Pasty – and Padstow has no shortage on Pasty shops! While you could try one from each and have your very own Pasty tasting day we recommend the Cornish PAsty Co for a classic, reasonably priced pasty with a delicious taste. 

Dinner – Prawn on the Lawn, Padstow 

After a day exploring the small fishing towns of Padstow and Port Isaac, you’ll be ready for a scrumptious dinner. At Prawn on the Lawn, you’ll get to sample some of the best locally caught seafood in town. They change their small plate menu every day depending on what the fishermen catch, so no matter when you go you’ll always experience something new!

Day Four  

Breakfast – Box and Barber, Newquay

Start your day in the coastal town of Newquay, where there are five beaches, tons of outdoor adventure activities and a host of great grub to try. First thing you need to hit up Box and Barber for the smoothest coffee in Newquay, this laid-back cosy cafe offers filling, but healthy breakfasts that regularly fuel local surfers for their morning sessions. 

Lunch – Sprout, Perranporth 

Heading up the coast you’ll head to the town of Perranporth, known for its long stretch of sandy beach you can walk along at low tide for miles, then check back into town for independent shops and lunch! Sprout is a relaxed cafe serving up delicious and extremely well-made vegetarian and vegan food. Wet dogs and kids are welcome in the small garden cafe space!  

Dinner – The Cornish Pizza Company, St Agnes

After lunch follow the coastal path around to the small village of St Agnes. Known for its stunning coastal Wheals, this quaint Cornish village is full of hidden gems from amazing fish and chips, to a great small beach to the best pizza in Cornwall! The Cornish Pizza Company offer a range of takeaway pizzas all made in-house with local ingredients, they sell out fast so call ahead for your order! With Cornish-themed vegan specials and a selection of local craft beers and ales, you can grab your goodies and head down to the beach to munch on tasty pizza as the sun goes down. 


Day Five  

Breakfast – Sunset Surf, Gwithan 

Start your day with a sunrise walk or surf on Gwithian Beach, one of the longest beaches in Cornwall it stretches all the way from Godrevy to Hayle at low tide. Once you’ve worked up an appetite stop off at Sunset Surf for the biggest breakfasts you’ll ever eat in Cornwall. Proper fry-ups alongside steaming, freshly roasted coffee and a little surf shop for any beach essentials you’re missing! 

Lunch- Yallah Cafe, St Ives 

Head on over to the beautiful picturesque town of St Ives. Wander the cobbled lanes, and cosy shops and take in the splendour of the working harbour. The best coffee in St Ives is in a tiny cafe sitting just above the sea- Yallah also offers tasty vegetarian feasts and a harbour view – lush! 

Dinner – The Loft Restaurant and Terrace, St Ives
