Detailed Information
Vehicle Description

MOTโ€™d till Jan 2026, 119k miles, good service history. Cruise control, bluetooth stereo, 6 speed manual, towbar. Recently had a new fuel pump, timing belt kit, water pump, front brakes, windscreen. Fitted Michelin Crossclimates 2 in 2023 (only done 5k miles).

Fully loaded doing 60-70mph on a motorway last trip, I was still able to get 35mpg without effort, keeping the conversion light where I could.

Open to sensible offers.

Bad points
* White van paint. Fair few touch ups, and a couple marks from previous owners vinyl
* Gearshift selector gaiter plastic broke when replacing gear linkage cables in 2023, cosmetic only but worth mentioning
* Some small dings on the rear right door, lower area (happy to send a pic)

Conversion Description

Camper converted by late 2023, significant work and many features but the key ones are below.

* Front/rear dashcam (used as a permanent rear view mirror)
* Reversing camera
* Insulated
* 42L 12V Fridge/Freezer
* Roof lights, floor level lights, multiple USB and 12V sockets, battery voltage monitor
* Dual gas hobs with Butane regulator
* Steel sink and multi mode extendable tap, fed by a pump & pressure switch combo
* Real oak counter top
* Very large memory & reflex foam bed – Full width and extendable length
* Fiamma skylight vent and two way extractor fan (air in, or air out)
* Slide out pinewood dining table
* Plenty storage options – Cabinets, shelves, drawers, cupboards
* 4 x 20L water containers in rear of van for fresh water
* 1 x 20L grey water container under the sink
* Two 100Ah deep cycle AGM leisure batteries and Victron Orion DC-DC 30A Charger, with numerous isolators to disable and extend electrics
* Lit โ€˜garageโ€™ for bonus storage and electrics access, and additional 12V socket

I used structural timber for the unit, seats, and bed frame for strength, which has then been painted or stained. To keep it lightweight, I then used 9mm plywood for all cupboard faces, 22mm oak instead of 50mm oak counter top, and 5mm ply for the drawers. All ply filled smooth and painted with multiple coats.

During the conversion I also routed spare wiring to a control unit in the main living space, which I was going to use for exterior parking lights, awning lights, more USB etc, so these aren’t fitted but the wiring and switches are there. I also sized the fitment of a Victron MPPT Solar controller charger. The circuit breaker is fitted and wired in and ready to be connected, but I found the two leisure batteries didn’t even dip to 50% capacity during our usage even with the fridge/freezer on all the time, so I didn’t buy solar panels/charger in the end. Again, ready for it.

Beds Description

One adult bed, full width, and extendable length. Almost superking size. Could easily sleep 3, but officially 2.
