Description of Beds: Dora is a 4-berth campervan with a full king-size fixed rear bed with sprung mattress and a retractable standard double children’s bunk with memory foam mattress above. Fancy cuddling up with the whole family, watching a movie, playing games or just not travelling with children you can retract the top bunk and attach it to the ceiling with the bunk fully made and have that little more space below. Both beds are surrounded with storage, reading lights, 240v, 12v and USB sockets. If you want to set the mood why not give the remote-controlled fairy lights a whirl?! Description of Seating: 4 belted seats and 2 tables make a cosy but spacious social area ideal for a celebration feast, chilling out with your favourite book and freshly made brew or family bonding games. The driver and 2 passenger seats rotate to face the rear of the van and behind the driver's seat, there is a belted, adjustable and removable seat with its very own removable sliding table. About the area: Dora lives in Kent, the Garden of England, with its miles of stunning coastline, hop gardens, award-winning vineyards, orchards and fascinating sites with rich historical heritage. You have easy links to London (only 35 min away), and the M2 motorway is on our doorstep as well as the Eurotunnel (for travel to Europe) and train station links. M25 is easily accessible via M2/A2 or M20 with only a 30 min drive depending on traffic. Contact us for the pickup options from Sittingbourne train station; an extra charge will apply. Parking: Dora lives in Sittingbourne on our drive. You are welcome to use on street parking, or driveway parking at additional cost. Cooking Equipment: Dora is equipped with a full kitchen comprising 3 ring gas hob, grill, oven, and 50 litre fridge freezer. No need for one-pot cooking in Dora’s fully equipped kitchen, we have made sure there is everything you could need: 4 dinner Plates | 4 side plates | 4 pasta bowls | 4 cereal bowls | copper knives, forks and spoons for 4 | frying pan with lid | 2 saucepans (large and small) | oven tray | colander | kettle | selection of sharp knives | 3 wooden utensils | tongs | spatula | ladle | serving spoon | slotted spoon | peeler | garlic crusher | 2 scissors | 3 chopping boards (large wooden and 2 small plastic) | small grater | 4 large glasses | 4 mugs and coasters | 4 small cups | 3 plastic containers | tea towel | apron | copper Turkish coffee pot | copper tea and sugar canisters I 2 net bags | tea tray | breakfast tray | bottle opener and stopper | selection of spices | salt and pepper grinders | potato masher and small dustpan and brush. And for the BBQ lovers, we have a portable BBQ with toolset and charcoal available for hire. We also thought about washing up, opposite the kitchen is a generous ceramic sink with plenty of room, supplied with washing up liquid, hand soap dispenser, sponge, brushes, tea towel and collapsible drying rack/mat. Please ask if you aren't sure whether something is included. Water Facilities: Dora is equipped with a 90-litre freshwater tank and the 8-litre hot water heater gives you a nice hot shower. Generous ceramic sink and shower will keep you squeaky clean and relaxed during your adventure. And not to forget about the outdoor shower to wash off sandy toes and wetsuits! Audio Equipment: Pioneer touch screen in-car stereo with apple/android play connectivity, Bluetooth connectivity and handsfree telephone capabilities with in-cab speakers. We also supply JBL Bluetooth speaker. Type of Heating: : For when it gets chilly there's an efficient diesel heater to warm you up with remote control, thermostatic control and timer. Conversion Story: Dora started her life as a light goods delivery van with a great history, fully maintained and well looked after, coupled with an extremely low mileage you would never believe she was made in 2007! She was purchased in January 2020 and handed over to be professionally and lovingly converted by Studley Camper Conversions. Her design is packed with very clever and unique features that make Dora one of a kind. Her owners’ goal was to create a van that was comfortable to go almost anywhere and they certainly achieved it!
