Description of Beds: Penny comfortably sleeps two adults in the fixed double bed with comfy memory foam mattress. The double bed measures at 120cm wide & 180cm long. Description of Seating: Penny has two belted swivel captain seats in the front cab. There is one bench seat in the living area of the van, along with the two swivel seats for meal times or relaxing after a day of exploring! Description of Electrical Setup: Penny is well-equipped to keep all your devices charged on the road. She has 4 USB ports and 1 mains plug socket which can be used off grid. Penny has a 240v hook up point on the side of the van so can be hooked up for power at campsites. She has solar panels on the roof and also charges when you drive! About the area: Penny lives near Market Drayton in the beautiful Shropshire countryside. There are so many stunning places to visit nearby such as National Trust’s Attingham Park, The Stiperstones and Cardingmill Valley in the Shropshire Hills. There are plenty of hiking and walking routes in the surrounding areas along with many idyllic towns such as Shrewsbury, Ironbridge and Bridgnorth. Parking: If you drive to collect Penny, you are welcome to leave your car in her normal spot. Your car will be parked in a locked compound. Cooking Equipment: Penny has everything you need to cook up any meal you choose! Including; 4 plates, 4 side plates, 4 bowls, 2 cups, 4 mugs, 2 wine glasses, kettle, cutlery for 4, 1 chopping board, 1 frying pans, oven trays, 2 sharp knives, cooking utensils, scissors, peeler, and even more! There is a two burner hob and an oven and grill. Other bits and bobs include a small dustpan & brush, tea towels, oven gloves, placemats and coasters, washing up brush, anti bac spray and cloths, hand soap and washing up liquid. Water and Sanitation: Penny’s water tanks are underslung and the fresh water can be filled up from a port on the side of the van. The water is heated to keep your hands warm when washing the dishes! There is also an outdoor shower port to hose down those feet and paws after a visit to the beach. We can provide a shower tent too if you’re planning to stay off grid. Penny has a Porta Potti in the bench seat of the living area which is pulled out for use. Type of Heating: Penny has a boiler which also provides you with heating for those chilly evenings and mornings, keeping you toasty and warm. Extra Information: Penny was handcrafted here in our Cladded Campers Workshop for one of our lovely customers - Penny’s name comes from Penelope Pitstop from Wacky Races! Conversion Story: Penny was converted into a camper in 2021 and has been living in London since. She’s ventured to Scotland and Wales for many beautiful adventures! Penny’s cupboards are built out of birch ply and she has a beautiful walnut worktop. Swivel seats, an 80L Dometic fridge and oven & grill are just some of her features.
