Livia has three belted seats with headrests. A single driver's seat, and twin passenger seats. When parked up, the twin-seat swivels around to face into the van. This opens up the living area and provides additional lounge seating. Livia also has a bench seat which stretches from one side of the van to the other, 3 plush cushions and a pull-out laptop shelf.
We provide two dog seat belt attachments [clips to harness] to ensure your best buddies travel in comfort and safety. Optional camping chair hire is available - select from the ‘add extras’ dropdown menu when booking.
Description of Electrical Setup: Versatile electric hook-up/off-grid system - powered by van alternator when moving, solar panels when sunny or electric hook-up.
The van’s leisure battery powers the ceiling LED touch light, kitchen LED spotlights, over-bed reading LED lights, sink water pump and fridge. For power-intensive devices and phone charging there are four [standard uk] plug and four USB points which work when using an electric hook-up. The van cab has USB chargers for on-the-move phone charging.
About the area: We are super lucky to have our van situated in the beautiful rolling hills of the Derbyshire Dales - 1 mile from the Peak District National Park, and 3 miles from Cromford Mills UNESCO World Heritage site.

Conversion Story: Newly converted in summer 2022, Livia has a stunning home-from-home feel. Birch and Oak aromas greet you with a Scandi hygge hug. Professionally crafted by John Ryan [Head carpenter of Woodend Woodwork, whose work appears on Film and Theatre sets, and the Tate Modern]. We wanted to create a very light contemporary space, with a modern tiny-house vibe.
In the summer months, you will be the envy of your fellow campers when you sit relaxing at the rear dining table, enjoying your home-cooked food, taking in unforgettable views, and enjoying the very best the British countryside has to offer. In the winter months after hard days adventuring Livia is the perfect warm cosy den to retreat to, whilst contemplating where to wander next.
