Description of Beds: The large U-shaped lounge seating area converts into either two single beds or a 6 x 6.3 ft super king size bed, all with very comfy memory foam mattresses. If you don't fancy taking the bed down, there is another table and front seating area behind the cab. The front seating area can also be used as a 4.2 x 2 ft child’s bed with an optional cot bumper. Description of Seating: 1 driver seat and 2 passengers all with seat belts. The front passenger seats are on a swivel base, which gives you two more seats to use internally. Valerie is made to be sociable - there's comfy seating for up to 9 people in this camper van which is good - because when you hire this campervan, your friends will be begging to come along too! Description of Electrical Setup: She has a 270w solar panel for when you want to take the road less travelled but still have cool drink waiting in the fridge, and 240v hook up for when you need the comforts of a microwave and a TV. About the area: She lives on a quiet residential cul-de-sac in a village on the outskirts of Leicester. We are only 5 minutes from the beautiful Charnwood Forest yet you can be on the M1 in 10 minutes and away on your adventure. Parking: Street and Drive parking are available if you wish to leave your vehicle during your rental and if you have an electric car you are welcome to use our EV charging port while you are away. There is a 24" flatscreen TV with built in DVD player to enjoy at the back of the van and a Kenwood 5" touch screen CD/DVD/DAB player at the front. The speakers in the cab have been upgraded, with extra behind-the-head speakers added to provide the highest quality sound whilst driving. A treat for the ears and the perfect way to make long drives a pleasure. Valerie also comes with a portable bluetooth speaker to use in the rear and for alfresco eating. Type of Heating: Valerie has LPG 3kw gas heating, meaning she will keep you toasty all year round. Extra Information: You might have rented Valerie from her lovely previous owner Helena in South London. Well she's the same fabulous van but she's now moved to new owners for new adventures in Leicestershire and will be gradually getting a new "look" as a lady likes to do from time to time. Conversion Story:Valerie started life as a courier delivery vehicle and was then lovingly converted by Mike and Becky, who spared no expense turning her into a lovely home-on-the-road for their growing family. They maintained her meticulously, so the van is responsive, powerful and a real joy to drive.
