Description of Beds: There is one double bed with a very comfortable memory foam mattress. A second, single portaledge can be assembled above the double bed, designed for children. Description of Seating: The van has 3 leather upholstered belted seats in the cab. In the living area, the sofa can easily fit 4 and can fit 4 around the table with the help of two additional seats. Description of Electrical Setup: Fully off-grid camper with 260AH AGM battery and 130W solar panel (you will never run out of battery). It also has an inverter if you need 240V whilst off grid, and electric hook up if you're on a campsite. It has 4x 240V sockets, 8x USB sockets. About the area: Based out of Cheltenham in the heart of the Cotswolds, it is ideally places for touring the cotswolds, the Wye Valley and Forest of Dean. Good road links to Devon, Dorset, New Forest and South Wales. Dina is parked on a quiet cul-de-sac (where you can leave your car if needed). Parking: If you drive to collect Dina, you are welcome to leave your car in her normal spot on the driveway. We also provide a pick up/drop off service from Cheltenham Spa Station. Cooking Equipment: Dina features a 2 burner hob, grill and oven and everything you need to cook and eat is provided: 2x plates, bowls, wine glasses, glasses, mugs, cutlery. 2x saucepans, 1x frying pan, Moka pot coffee maker, stovetop kettle, toaster, grater, sharp knives, spatula, scissors, bottle opener, corkscrew, can opener. We also provide a small battery powered blender. Water and Sanitation: Dina has a 72L freshwater and 40L wastewater tank, underslung to maximise space inside the van. Hot water is provided via a diesel/electric heater and runs to the sink and outdoor shower. A toilet is provided as an optional extra, which fits under the sink and can be pulled out to be used. Type of Heating: Dina features a diesel/electric heater with thermostat (simply set it to your desired temperature and it will kick on overnight if the temperature drops to keep you toasty and warm). Extra Information: As an optional extra, you can make use of the external gas BBQ point and cook and dine al fresco under the 3.5m awning. Conversion Story: Mark and Andy (father and son) set out in March 2021 to build Dina. The latest of many lockdown DIY projects, the conversion ran far past lockdowns and was completed in September 2022. A true labour of love and many lessons learned along the way (don't drop things off the chassis when you are lying under the van). With the decorating help of Di, the Dina is now looking sharp and ready to adventure in the UK and beyond.
