Conversion Story: We're Kristy, Uli, Layla and Pip the dog, the creators of Little Freedoms campervan.
We decided to buy a van in the middle of lockdown 2021 and convert it into a bespoke camper van because we felt trapped. Not only by the rules of a world suddenly turned upside down by Covid 19 but a world so rigid with schedules and work lists, long hours and skipped lunch breaks. What we needed was a way to recharge ourselves, rebalance the work-play scales, mix a bit of variety into monotony, seek adventure and find joy in doing more of what we love.
But above all, creating a fully off-grid camper van was our way of coping with the pressures of modern life. We figured it could be our ticket to drop out of routine for a day or two whenever we needed it, so we could come back renewed, revived and ready to carry on with whatever life was going to throw at us next. So, if you're looking for your next greatest adventure, our camper is the perfect companion, because Little Freedoms is all about experiencing those magical moments in luxury, comfort and style!
