Description of Beds: Martha can sleep up to three people in one fixed double bed measuring 130 cm x 180 cm, and one single bed which can be made up from the two seats, this measures 150 cm x 60 cm. Description of Seating: Martha has three belted seats in the front (including the driver) with headrests, the two passenger seats are suitable for a child car seat using the belt. Description of Electrical Setup: Martha has 4 x plug sockets and 2 x USB ports in the living area, and an additional 3 x plug sockets and 2 x USB ports elsewhere. Martha can be used fully off grid, but has no electric hook-up. There are 2 x lithium batteries which charge whilst driving, with an 1500 W inverter and 120 W solar panel. About the area: Martha is parked outside our farm house in the quiet village of Altham. Martha is based near to the Ribble Valley and Forest of Bowland Aonb, and is within short distance to motorways for access to M6/M61/M62 which give easy access to the Peak District, Lake District, Yorkshire Dales and North Wales, all great places to visit in a campervan! Parking: A designated parking space in our driveway is available for your car whilst you are using Martha. Collection from a local train station may be available. Cooking Equipment: Martha is well equipped with everything you could need in the kitchen, including a two ring gas hob, kettle, plates, bowls, pans, cutlery, chopping boards, cups, mugs, tea towels, dust pan & brush, cleaning products, kitchen roll, toilet roll, and washing up equipment. Water and Sanitation: Martha has a 60l water capacity, 10l available under the sink, with additional containers stored in the garage. A portable toilet is stored under the seat in the living area, and can be used where it is stored or pulled out for use outside. A pop-up toilet tent and outdoor solar shower can be hired at an additional cost. Audio Equipment: Martha has a radio system in the cab of the van and a Bluetooth speaker is also available. Type of Heating: There is a diesel heater which keeps the van lovely and warm during the colder months. Conversion Story: I had always dreamed of owning a campervan and searched for a while until Martha appeared and it was love at first sight! Her previous owner had her converted by Global Vandemic Campers who did a brilliant job. She is super homely and cosy, with plenty of storage space all packaged into a perfectly sized medium wheelbase van meaning she is still easy to drive and park up in all the best spots!
