About the Campervan
About the area: Tiree is available to hire from Edinburgh, Scotland's beautiful capital. The ideal location to collect and explore the Scottish Islands, Highlands and NC500. Or, stay local to Edinburgh; head down to the beautiful borders or explore the East Lothian Coast. A trip in Tiree will give you the perfect base to appreciate the natural beauty Scotland has to offer!
Description of Beds: Tiree can sleep 2 guests, and your furry pets too! There is a large double bed that converts from the spacious seating area.
Description of Seating: Tiree has 2 belted seats in the cabin. Plus an airy seating area that can fit up to 6 people comfortably to allow you to entertain inside on those chillier nights. Any travel equipment for children must be provided by guests.
Description of Electrical Setup: Tiree is powered by solar panels and an inverter when you're off-grid and off the beaten track. We also have the option of an electric hook-up to boost your power supplies if you’re at a campsite.
Parking: There is no parking spot available when collecting. Tiree. You'll be sent the postcode upon booking to allow you to arrange nearby parking should you be arriving by car.
Cooking Equipment: The kitchen is fully equipped with an induction hob, pots/pans, plates/bowls, cutlery and utensils, mugs, cups. Tiree offers an array of cooking spices, tea/coffee and eco-friendly cleaning equipment. There are no gas facilities.
Water and Sanitation: Tiree’s gorgeous waterfall shower is exactly what you need after a long day hike or basking in the sunshine! With eco-friendly body and hair products available, you’re sure to have a spa-like experience. There is also an outdoor shower pipe that connects to the outside of the van to rinse down any mucky boots, or paws! The water in the campervan can be heated using the inverter. All instructions are given upon booking. The hidden toilet can be found stowed away in a cubby inside the shower cubicle. This requires emptying frequently and is super easy to do!
Audio Equipment: Inside the van is a flat screen projector and once installed (magnets - super easy!) then you can kick back and enjoy a movie under the stars.

Pet Information: We would love you to bring your furry friend along on your trip! We politely ask that you agree this prior to check in/upon booking.
