Conversion Story: Spring’s conversion story all started with a sad and longing look in a dog’s eye and a serendipitous meeting with a new neighbour. One of the hardest things we encountered after getting our dog was seeing the sad look in his eyes when we were off on a trip away without him. Just the sound of a suitcase zip was enough to send him to sulk for days: this had to change. Then came along Jed. After moving to Brighton and slowly getting to know our neighbours we found out that we were living opposite the one and only, master of all things wood, Jed Harris of Wilderness Conversions. It was meant to be! With the newest (human) arrival coming last year we set about, with Jed, planning the ultimate campervan that would suit everyone’s needs. Spring is that creation – she is perfect for when Mummy and Daddy get a romantic weekend to themselves (courtesy of grandma), ideal when we all want to pile in explore the south coast and we even thought about when our daughter might want to bring a friend with the additional 4th seat. Spring is the perfect partner for experiencing the absolute joy and adventure that is van life, whilst enjoying the luxury of a beautiful, brand new, sophisticated living space.
