About the area: Wilson is located in a quiet residential area situated just off the M5 (J17). He is located 15 minutes from Bristol Parkway train station and only 5 minutes from Patchway train station. Wilson is perfect for those that love hiking and exploring as you have the mountains and moorland of the Brecon Beacons at your fingertips in addition to the picturesque landscapes of the Malvern and Mendip hills. As Wilson is conveniently located so closely to the M5 motorway he is also the ideal campervan for anyone wanting to explore further afield to the stunning coasts of Devon and Cornwall or breathtaking views of the Lake and Peak districts. Description of Beds: Wilson can comfortably sleep up to three people. There is a fixed double bed (dimensions: 170cm x 115cm) and the option for an additional cab bed that fits snugly on top of the driver and passenger seats, which is perfect for a small adult or child allowing comfortable nights sleep for all the family. Description of Seating: There are three belted cab seats in the front of the camper all fitted with headrests. In the back there are two large bench seats perfect for relaxing in the communal area after a long day of adventuring. Additionally, Wilson comes with a wooden outdoor dining table and camping chairs for an alfresco dining experience. Description of Electrical Setup: Wilson is equipped with 100aH lithium battery, and 1.5kW inverter. There are two charging outlets in the kitchenette which are compatible with UK Type G three pin plugs as well as unique undercounter lighting for great ambience. Wilson has an external electrical hook up perfect for campsites. Wilson also has a 360w solar panel allowing for complete off-grid living. Parking: There is availability to leave smaller vehicles at the pickup location as Wilson’s owners have a small double drive. This is suitable for anyone hiring out for shorter trips. There is also street parking located nearby due to Wilson being in a residential area. For more secure parking or parking for longer trips we recommend the multi-story car park available at Bristol Parkway train station which is covered by security and comes at an affordable price. Cooking Equipment: Wilson is well equipped for cooking during your get away with a dual gas hob powered by a 25L gas tank. There is a 50L capacity fridge – Domestic CRX50 for all perishables and large worktop area for prepping and storing additional items. Wilson has everything you could need to cook up a feast, including mugs, cups, bowls, dining plates, cutlery for 4, 2 wine glasses, a chopping board, a kettle, large and small frying pan, large and small saucepan, steamer and slow cooker. Water and Sanitation: There is a full hot water system connected to the 75L fresh water underslung which supplies fresh drinking water to the Belfast sink via a pump. There is also a 55L wastewater underslung with drainage taps located under the vehicle. Stored under the cabin seats is a removable Thetford porta-potti for comfort breaks. Audio Equipment: This camper comes with a unique in-built stereo system. Type of Heating: Wilson is kept nice and cosy with a diesel heater but also comes equipped with ceiling fan and two skylights which open to the outside for when you want a breath of fresh air. Pet Information: Wilson is pet friendly to all well-behaved furry friends. Due to space limitations two small or one medium pet can join you on your trip. Conversion Story: Wilson is a wonderful campervan converted in 2019 by the very talented co-owners of Bobil vans who crafted Wilson using upcycled materials and reclaimed wood. The camper even includes its own mini stained-glass window! This lovely cosy van was designed for a 4-month European trip therefore has been built to withstand all terrain and weather conditions and is equipped for fully off grid adventures. The new owners of Wilson bought the van in 2024 after falling in love with Bobil vans design after spotting their designs on Instagram. About the Owner: Teighan and Jordan found Quirky whilst searching for a unique campervan. They both love the outdoors and feel at home when surrounded by nature. A campervan felt like the best next step to immersing themselves into the beautiful scenery whilst also enjoying home comforts like a gas hob and comfy bed on the go! Extra Information: Wilson has a lovely extendable Fiamma awning ideal for creating outside space for dining or relaxation whilst shading you from the sun or sheltering you from light rain. This camper has a large amount of storage space which is perfect for longer trips, storage includes: 4 x basket storage, under bench seat storage and large garage area which fits one bike, plus outdoor seats and room for other personal belongings.
