About the area: Winona is available to hire from Liverpool, a fantastic location for reaching world-class destinations such as Wales, the Lake District, and the Peak District. It’s also only a few hours away from historic York and the Midlands. Description of Beds: Winona has a fixed bed that’s just shy of a king size, measuring 145cm in width with side pods on both sides to give a length of 187cm. Description of Seating: Winona has three belted seats in the front (including the driver) with headrests. Description of Electrical Setup: Winona comes equipped with a leisure battery and solar panels giving you the freedom to explore remote locations without sacrificing comfort. There is a 240v hook-up for campsite stays, 3 240v internal plug sockets and 5 USBs. Parking: Please contact Winona Campers directly for advice on parking. Cooking Equipment: Winona has a two ring gas hob, Dometic 45L fridge with ice compartment. She has pots, pans, plates, mugs and all the cutlery you need to cook up a feast wherever you park. She also has a Moka top, stove top kettle and electric frother. (Ground coffee and teabags are provided). Water and Sanitation: Winona has an internal shower cubicle that can run off gas or electric. She also has a shower in the garage area if you need to shower down before heading back inside. Audio Equipment: There is a Bluetooth speaker for you to play your own music on. Type of Heating: Winona has a Truma Combi 4E air and water heater (runs over gas or electric) which keeps the water nice and hot and makes the campervan super cosy, with a control panel that lets you quickly adjust the temperature of both. Conversion Story: Our journey with Winona, our VW Crafter campervan, started as a vision to create a cosy mobile home that could take us anywhere. From installing a compact yet fully functional kitchen to designing comfortable sleeping quarters, each step of the conversion was both challenging and rewarding. We transformed her into the perfect space for our travels, with everything we needed to feel at home on the road. Now we’re thrilled to share the experience, offering others the chance to explore new places in our carefully crafted campervan and make their own memories in our mobile home.
