Description of Beds: Georgie the campervan contains a spacious, fixed double bed, measuring 192 x 150 cm. Offering comfort without the hassle of making the bed each night, surrounded by luxurious touch velvet lining, soft lighting and designer reading lights. The pull-out step makes access easy without taking up valuable space. There is also a child mattress which is a 3-way foldable 190 x 65 medium-hard mattress with high-quality foam padding that provides good support, ensuring a restful sleep. During the day the child mattress easily and quickly slots away, maximising living space. Description of Seating: Georgie has three belted seats in the front (including the driver) with headrests and three-point belts for all. Description of Electrical Setup: Georgie is offgrid capable with smart solar and charging. There are 3 ways to charge: via 200W of solar panels, 360W Victron engine charger, and mains hookup, so you won’t be left worrying about your battery levels. You can also monitor the charge levels from your smartphone via the Victron app. Also included is a 1000W continuous 2000W peak pure sine wave inverter to power all your 230V gadgets off grid in your home away from home. The power capabilities mean you can run 12V Electrics, 230V Electrics, there’s also USB chargers, a 200W Solar panel, a 230Ah AGM Maintenance free battery, Victron Mppt Solar Controller, Victron Orion 360W Smart Engine Charger, Renogy 1000W inverter (Peak 2000W), External hookup, Mains charging from home or campsite and Eicr certificate. Parking: There is dedicated parking for 1 vehicle for all hirers Kitchen Facilities: Georgie has a fully kitted out kitchen including ceramic filtered drinking water, Thetford Triplex oven & hob, Dometic fridge/ freezer, pull out storage and hidden plinth drawers for extra space, hard wearing compact laminate worktop. There is a full row of soft close drawers, under sink cupboard, pull out spice rack, and bonus storage in the plinth drawers. All doors and drawers are latched to stay closed during transit. There is spacious Dometic CRX65 12V compressor fridge and freezer, thetford Triplex oven and grill with three hobs and glass top, brass feature tap, hidden plinth drawers, hardwearing, wipe clean, compact laminate worktop, and ‘butler style’ lightweight composite sink. Georgie has everything you could need to cook up a feast, including mugs, glasses, bowls, dining plates, cutlery for 3, wine glasses, a chopping board, a kettle, large and small frying pans as well as large and small saucepans,. Bathroom Facilities: Georgie offers ceramic filtered drinking water, Truma 4E Combi boiler air and water heater (powered by both gas and electric), an internal shower with toilet, external shower (from rear of van – with hot and cold water), 100L fresh water (internal to reduce risk of freezing!) +10L capacity of Truma Boiler, 80L grey water (underslung), plus a shower/wetroom with spacious ventilated shower room, Maxxfan Dome ventilation with light, custom fiberglass shower tray for longer lasting/ hard wearing, RolDour self cleaning shower doorand tuck away toilet space. Audio Equipment: Bluetooth/DAB Radio with Apple Car play and Android Auto Type of Heating: Georgie is efficiently insulated with the best materials available. You’ll be amazed how little you need the heater to keep yourself warm in winter, and how much cooler you’ll be in the summer. The temperature controlled Maxxair Fan at the front and Dometic Midi Heki (500x700mm) over the bed, provide ample airflow and natural light in addition to the 2 opening side windows. There is a Truma 4E Combi boiler air and water heater (powered by both gas and electric), plus high efficiency and high quality insulation that keeps the van warm in winter and cool in summer with minimal fuel and power use. Pet Information: Pets are welcome. We don't charge extra for taking your dog onboard, all we ask is that the motorhome is fully cleaned and any hairs etc. are completely removed before returning the motorhome, otherwise a cleaning charge will apply.
