Lovely reliable camper that I was working to convert with a partner until we broke up. Has taken us all over the UK and has been a great place to stay in the wilderness. I have taken it all over the highlands and lake district and it has never let us down.
It has a few cosmetic marks on the body and some dents, but the engine and gearbox are in great condition.
The interior is a custom conversion with timber and is ready to use now, but needs some TLC to be finished. Perfect for someone who wants to convert a van but is overwhelmed by the size of the task as all of the hard work is already done and you can just add the finishing touches and make it your own.
It has a smev gas stove but I would recommend hiring someone to professionally plumb in the gas, wood burner installed and in good working condition, 240v and 12v electric, a sony hifi (needs an amp and I would recommend a 12v one – can get them for £20-40 on ebay), fimma sun roof, spacious under-bed garage. It has a solar panel installed and there is an extra one in the van that you can install as well.
11 months MOT with no faults, 12v mini fridge. Minimal rust – Movanos are well known for rust resistance, drives well and starts every time.
Number plate is YA05XDJ – Located in Glasgow Southside.
1 Double bed across the back of the van comfortably sleeps 2. I have used a board to extend the bed and rotated the mattress lengthwise for taller people to sleep in it.
