2008 LDV MAXUS converted camper

Looking at selling our LDV Maxus converted camper van with new (used twice) drive away awning with annex and also a canopy awning, both attach to an awning rail which was recently added at the correct height. MOT passed with zero advisories in March 2024. 91300 miles on clock (will be more as going on a small trip soon) (mileage on the dashboard puts a 9 on the wrong side which is common default with LDV, has spoken to garages about this and it does not effect legals such as insurance or mot). Leisure battery recently serviced and all electrics within are working fine. Two plug outlets, two USB ports and one auxiliary power outlet in the back. Two lots of lighting, the main lighting powered by a remote. Main seating can covert into a double bed. Electric water pump tap and sink. Two gas hob cooking facility. New roof vent and fan recently installed. plenty of storage areas and ready to travel. Part of the lino will need to be replaced we have used foam mats which does the job. Tried to register it but it got refused due to it not having a fixed table. Can be driven on a normal full driving licence. Only selling due to family reason. Nice and easy to drive.
