Large skylight that fully opens for light and airflow.
The lights, pump for tap and the heater run on a 100amph lead acid leasuire battery which charges from a split charge relay, it has a 12v control panel which also shows the voltage and a isolator switch to switch it all off if not in use. Heater is a Chinese diesel heater and keeps the space nice and warm, tank can be accessed from the back door to be refilled.
The main source of electric is the ALLPOWERS 2000W lithium portable power station, it has 4 240v plugs and an inverter built in, 4 USB and 2 USB C ports, you can charge it with the 100W fold out solar panels or plug it in to any 240v outlet.

It has a good size kitchen with sink and copper tap, 23L grey and fresh water tanks. The grey water is located just under the sink so it’s easy to remove and empty and the fresh is located just by the sliding door making it easy to fill up.
There is a 35L Dometic TCX35 12v fridge, can also run on 240v but it’s runs more efficiently on 12v, it’s top loading which really helps keep the cool air in and stops things moving around when driving.I opted not to have gas in this van so just use a camping stove which runs off the camping gas canisters, both canisters and stove will be supplied with the van.

There is a bathroom at the back of the van with a separating composting toilet, and 30l grey water tank under the bathroom floor that can be emptied from the inside and heater vent in the room to help keep things dry. Portable solar shower included.

Good size sofa that can be lifted to access the storage underneath and pulled out to become a bed, I’ve always found it very comfortable and has just new cushions made ready for its next owner.
There is lots of storage in the van, above the cab, under the bed, overhead storage and a bookshelf with glass doors that locks so you can see your books without the risk of them flying about.
There is also a closet with hanging rail at the rear of the van, as well as a large mirror which helps the space feel much bigger. There are also lots of little touches that really make the van feel more special such as copper pipe for the rails on the shelves, a live edge wood table next to the bed, live edge wood key shelf and LED warm strip lighting under the overhead and kitchen cabinets. Lots of love and hard work has been put in to this build to create something that is not only a beautiful space to be in but is functional and private as well!

Downsides:
There is some rust, as to be expected with any vehicle, it’s not structural but the body work is not in immaculate condition. It’s had most the rust treated and sprayed over but it’s not the prettiest job ever done!
There is a bit of a dent in the back door, it’s was that way when I bought it and it’s never caused any issues with the function of the door.

Only selling as I’m going travelling overseas, so must be gone by the end of February.
