This van is my pride and joy so I’m gutted to be selling it, but don’t have time for all the adventures it deserves!
Van comes with a roof rack and tow bar. Can also include a bike rack which fits onto tow bar, dry robe seat covers, window-screen cover, carbon monoxide alarm, portable toilet and chemical cleaner, electric cool box, 2 spare gas canisters (and 1 in situ which is nearly full), levelling ramps and 2 solar showers (you can decide any items you would like included for no extra cost).
The van has done 92,000 miles and engine is still in a great condition. Last MOT in October 2023!! The van comes with 2 sets of keys (1 electric, 1 manual).
If you’re concerned about bodywork then this may not be for you (it’s on the inside that counts!!) The main issues with bodywork are a small scrape and dent near the rear passenger wheel arch, dent on front drivers side and other small scratches as in the photos. The van has been painted cream from white previously, with a Cornish flag painted above the windscreen.

Lovingly converted van by the previous owner, it is fully insulated with Reticel boards and a foil vapour barrier. This van runs off of a 110ah leisure battery charged via a split charge system from the main van battery. It powers a 12v circuit for the lights, water pump, extractor fan and 2 USB charging ports.
The kitchen has plenty of cupboard storage space, 2 burner gas hob and a beautiful sealed concrete sink basin with a patterned ceramic tiled splash back. The sink has an electric water pump from a 25L fresh water tank underneath, the sink then drains into a grey water tank underneath.
U-shaped sofa and table which easily converts into a double bed, makes for a lovely eating/relaxing area, especially with the rear doors open. While in bed form it measures 4′ wide by 5’10” long, making it a short double bed. This also allows for lots of storage underneath accessed through a sliding hatch and drawer at the front and a larger section from the rear doors.
