Reluctant sale of our 2014 Citroen Relay van conversion named ‘Manuka’.
Selling because we are planning to move to Australia soon and unfortunately we can’t take her with us!
We purchased Manuka early last summer as a base van, and carried out the conversion into a small off-grid campervan. In that time we have been away to Lake Annecy, Scotland, and numerous hiking trips to the lake district etc with no issues at all, she has not missed a beat.
MOT was just carried out last month so is valid until June 2025. I have replaced the brakes discs and pads on the front as per advisory. New EGR valve fitted last month too! Some nice little extras include:

– Air Conditioning
– Bluetooth connectivity
The van comes with 3 keys and some service history. I had a full HPI check carried out when I bought the van last year and i’d be happy to share that with any potential buyers if it’s of interest.
There are some age related marks and scratches on the exterior , noteably a dent on the N/S wing.
The conversion was extensive and to a high quality. Below is a list of what is included in the conversion.
– 2 opening, tinted windows from VanPimps.
– 175W Renogy flexible low-profile solar panel with Renogy MPPT solar charge system powering a 115Ah deep-cycle leisure battery.
– 12v Split relay charge system with low voltage shut-off to prevent starter battery draining.
– 12v electrical system throughout with USB chargers and dimmable LED lighting (warm white). Every individual circuit can be isolated using a custom switch panel if needed.
– Full insulation including cab headlining, walls and cielings using dodo deadeding, matting, 50mm insulation board where possible, reflective foil and closed-cell foam matting elsewhere.
– 18mm Ply flooring (vinyl colvered) with dodo insulation matting underneath.
– Maxxair Deluxe roof fan with remote controller.
– 5kW diesel heater fed from the main fuel tank located under the driver’s seat with control panel in the rear of the van.
– Painted ply-lining (hand routed to look like large T&G but without the associated issues of expansion and gaps)
– Alpicool 12v fridge/cool-box located under a stool.
– Hand-made kitchen unit with 25L fresh water and 25L waste containers easily removable by large sliding pull-out section.
– Electric water supply for copper sink and tap (sink made using an antique jam pan.)
– All drawers are on push-to-open runners.
– Double-burner gas hob is stowed out of the way infront of the kitchen to allow for more work-top space.
– Two enormous drawers on pull-down catches.
– Plenty of storage space under the bed in the back.
