LWB High Roof VW CRAFTER REDUCED TO £17000
2.0 diesel turbo, 6 speed. Long wheel base, high roof.
Two previous owners.
Engine in excellent condition.
Small, superficial bump on the back door and bumper but otherwise flawless bodywork.
Cam belt and water pump changed at 95,949 miles. Turbo replaced in 2022.
MOT until July 2025. Major service in September 2024.
Glow plugs replaced July 2024.
ABS sensor replaced October 2024.
Has Outsmart The Thief tracker and alarm system fitted.
Drives beautifully, maneuvers easily and turbo takes hills like a breeze.
REASON FOR PRICE REDUCTION
Engine management light comes on intermittently but investigations show no problems, mechanic says it’s not uncommon. No running issues.
Diesel heater has recently become temperamental, turning off after a while – hasn’t been an issue keeping the van heated as it warms up quickly and stays warm due to good insulation. Might just need a service.
Unfortunately I don’t have the time or energy to address these things due to a big house project and demanding job – hence reduced price.

Electrical system
12 volt down lighters provide the main light source and angled lamps over the cooking areas and bed for more direct lighting.
230 volt plug sockets with USB chargers are in two areas with matching light switches.
All this is powered by a 2000W – 12V Pure Sine Wave Sunshine Power inverter fed by a Banner Energy Bull Leisure Battery 96801 12V 230Ah. This in turn can be charged via an EHU through a Rovert Automatic Multi-Stage Leisure Battery Charger or two 100 watt, top quality, German built monocrystalline solar panels.
The leisure battery can be charged through the engine when in use.
The build accommodated a top loading fridge which needs to be replaced.
Water system
Water is heated via Whale High Capacity 13L Water Heater Mk2 GE Gas & 230V which is fed by a 74 litre fresh water tank located under the van.
The shower is a 670mm square tray. The wall boards are plain white.
The hob is a Thetford Topline 922 – 2 Burner Gas Hob.
All gas and electrical systems were installed by qualified engineers.
Large double sofa bed with good storage underneath
