2014 Volkswagen caddy maxi camper conversion (90,000 miles)

Caddy Maxi C20 startline 102 Bluemotion. Stop-start, parking sensors, roof rack fitted, cambelt and water pump recently replaced, no advisories on the last MOT. The van drives perfectly, it feels like new, and has a full service history and logbook. MOT until March 2024.
The camper design features a sofa (pulls out to a larger than single size bed) with storage underneath. The entire bed can be removed (held in by 4 screws) if extra space is required to transport something. The bed extensions come in two separate pieces, for arrangement into a corner sofa.
Opposite the sofa is a side unit housing:
• Full water system (water pump, freshwater tank, wastewater tank). Large sink with movable tap.
• 800W power inverter for 230V, switch panel (plus two USB slots) for the inverter, the 5X LED spotlights and the water pump.
• Brand new gas bottle, with hoses, regulator and campingaz foldable cooking stove.
• Lots of storage space for kitchenware or personal items. A large worktop for preparing food or storing items.
Underneath the passenger seat is the leisure battery with split charge relay, for charging while driving. There is a large amount of storage space beneath the front two seats, and above the front cabin.
Magnetic curtains for the rear windows and rail curtains to close off the cab from the living compartment.
Insulation (rock wool) in the doors and sills.
