2015 Ford Transit - Country Cottage style conversion

Bought in 2020 and converted over the course of a year by a skilled, young carpenter. It was a real passion project and enjoyed many trips including the North Coast 500, Pembrokeshire coast tour, Dublin and County Wicklow and many of England’s national parks.
Served as a home away from home, sad to part with it but selling to help fund my career change in the near future.

-Bespoke handcrafted conversion built to last. Clean, crisp interior with modern country cottage styling, shaker style cabinets (finished with Farrow & Ball paint) and solid oak countertop. Walls clad in lightweight pine tongue & groove cladding and interior metal covered with oat coloured 4 way stretch carpet.
– Fully insulated with a mixture of eco friendly sheeps wool and dense foam board insulation top and bottom. Topped with reflective vapour barrier to ensure no condensation. Constructed to use all year round.
– All built upon a sturdy, reliable Ford Transit which has been diligently looked after and kept running smooth and clean for many miles to come.
– Adventure van styling with mountain and exploration graphics, registered with DVLA as a “motorhome”.
– Awning rail mounted above sliding door for attaching drive-away or lean to style awnings.

Kitchen:
– Fully functional kitchen with 3 burner Thetford gas hob with glass lid, runs off a 4.5kg butane lpg tank in the rear of the camper safely stowed in an lpg locker. All installed in adherence to gas safe guidelines.
– 12v Swan fridge, under counter domestic sized. Works efficiently and easy easily controllable via switch installed beside the unit. Capacity to store a weeks worth of food with ease and small freezer compartment which has been used to successfully transport ice cream 300 miles home to enjoy long after an adventure!
– Full size stainless steel kitchen sink and tap. Fed by water storage and electric pump and accumulator under counter for easy access. 25L fresh tank and 25L waste with capacity to store extra tanks in the rear storage compartment.
-Lots of kitchen storage, 2 soft close drawers for cutlery, utensil and kitchen goods storage. Large under hob cupboard for easy storage of pots and pans. Large pull-out pantry unit for attractive and easy food storage. Complete with latches for safe securing during travel.

Living space and Bed:
-Large L sofa with thick,comfy memory foam cushions and matching scatter cushions, under sofa storage complete with shoe rack, toilet cupboard and bench stroage with gas struts for easy access to store clothing, camping gear, bedding etc.
– Rear access panel behind sofa to access fuse panel from living space
– Handmade large kitchen table mounted with removable Laguna table mount which works on swivel action to accommodate eating around bench or positioning besdie sliding door to admire the view with a meal.
– Bulkhead shelf for storage of table top, window covers etc.
– Handcrafted coat rack beside sliding door, in solid oak
– Wall mounted his & hers clothing shelves with roll-up fabric fronting
– Full double bed with easy slide out slat system, tailor made. Bed is secured in at either side with spring loaded bolts to ensure secure usage and stowage postitions. Luxury, thick memory foam mattress made to size.
