A bed frame can be put together using the casing of the rear kitchen, a table next to it (this would need to be built as I disposed of mine), and a custom fabricated frame which fits against the windows in the rear seats.
This provides a full length bed space to place a mattress on, and we spent several nights in the van on this set up.
