Full Service History
Bespoke luxury specification, with numerous upgrades you will not find on other vehicles
Compact external dimensions can fit into a standard parking space, but with huge internal space

Conversion Description

Highlights
– Fully electric off grid design with no gas required
– Exceptionally robust but lightweight build
– Rare and comprehensive driving upgrades covering suspension and engine/road noise, see below
– Electric sliding habitation door (with remote operation from vehicle key)
– Huge 2 metre sofa which comfortably seats four
– Huge 1.4 metre kitchen worktop area
– 18mm Solid pine tongue and groove flooring, moisture treated, tinted and oiled
– Two full width double beds
– Hidden toilet which slides out on locking runners
– Shower for use at rear doors (privacy curtain included)
– 2 independent heating systems (both high quality, not Chinese!)
– 2 independent air conditioning systems, cab and roof-mounted habitation units
– All internal structure in lightweight aluminium extrusion (not timber)
– Well-designed lighting, with hidden LED strip lights throughout which gently light all areas, all individually switched.

Driving comfort
– Although an exceptionally light build (aluminium throughout, rather than timber), the suspension has been upgraded to improve ride comfort and handling. Koni FSD “Active” dampers fitted front and rear to soften dampening over small sharp bumps, but firm it under cornering forces, braking etc.
– Rear air suspension fitted in addition to damper upgrade to provide ride height adjustment, levelling on uneven pitches, and fine tune handling. Adjustment manifold fitted inside rear door to independent monitor/adjust left and right air bags independently, or in tandem.
– Comprehensive engine bay/cab area sound-deadening to maximise driving comfort (not the usual habitation sound deadening, this is far in excess including lead-based blanket over the engine itself and decoupled rubber mat throughout the cab area. Makes a huge difference to engine/road noise
– Subtle engine remap from well-respected outfit Superchips
– Being much lighter than the chassis’ theoretical limit, the stock braking system brings the vehicle to a stop very comfortably under all conditions. In addition, both front and rear discs and pads have just been renewed.
– Rear parking sensors
– Tyres
– The overall effect is a large vehicle that goes, stops and handles beyond belief, with a relaxed drive where the chassis and powertrain are never remotely challenged.

Heating/Cooling
– Electric water heater (10 litre) that can be used off grid, or even heated en route to your destination with time to recharge the batteries before you arrive
– Blown air heaters
o Electric only – 3 x 350w blown air heaters, room wireless room thermostat
o Diesel heater – Premium Planar Autoterm 2kW (not Chinese) with Comfort Controller (wall mounted control panel with simple thermostat programs
– The usual cab air conditioning, but in addition a full roof-mounted habitation air conditioning unit. Unlike most setups, this system can power the air conditioner off grid or when driving, enquire for further details.
– Both 230V and 12V wiring in place to replace air conditioning unit with a standard roof fan if desired

Kitchen
– 28mm solid pine worktop, 1.4 metres long. Hob and sink are compact but not covered (as I’ve always found the covered style units impractical)
– Built in single ring induction hob, can be used off grid and heats water far faster and more efficiently than gas
– Additional space for a portable gas hob and bottles should you wish to cook outside
– Regular household mixer tap with hot and cold, over circular sink
– Porcelain tiled splashback (premium tiles from Mandarin Stone)
– Removable 28 litre fridge

Beds
– Full size double bed (135x190cm), formed in seconds by pulling out the sofa base and unfolding the back cushion.
– Full width double bed (135x160cm) suitable for 2 children or 1 adult sleeping diagonally, formed by folding out from the upper storage area (they look like cupboards when stored away)

Electrics (electric plant)
– All controls, switches etc child-proofed or out-of-reach.
– Full Victron setup
o 2 x 165Ah Victron AGM Deep Cycle batteries, 330Ah in total
o Victron MultiPlus 12/1600/70 combination inverter/charger (fool proof to use!)
o Victron Orion-Tr Smart 360W DC-DC engine charger to quickly replenish the batteries when the engine is running
o Victron SmartShunt to monitor the system via bluetooth on the smartphone Victron app
– Every type of circuit breaker and fuse you’d expect (I’m a qualified electrician)

Water systems
– 66L fresh tank, 50L waste tank, both drained remotely via internal switch
– Tank fresh fill via clip on hose connection (much easier than a standard fill point)
– Shurflo pump, filter, fiamma accumulator tank, CBE monitoring gauge

Other
– Electric slide out step (Thule 700mm) with safety relay which retracts the step when thre vehicle ignition is on
– Rear seats are configurable in numerous ways: forward facing, rearward facing, and fully removable. The backs also fold flat. The floor mounts are recessed into the solid pine flooring for maximum under-foot comfort
– 600L of roof box storage, all removable on standard roof rack fittings. Telescopic ladder with storage area.
– Genuine fiat ducato alloy wheels. Not technically correct on a Peugeot Boxer, but really complete the OEM look. 4 x nearly new Michelin Agilis Camping tyres 225/75/16CP 116q
– Van-X curtains in habitation area, black wraparound screen cover for cab area.

Maintenance
– Full service history, with fresh major service booked in for this week. A new MOT will also be carried out.
