We purchased the van in Aug 2020 but were unfortunately not able to start the conversion for a long time. Therefore the van has done very few miles since we purchased it. We have only just got around to converting the van this year. Our plan was to take the sprinter as far around the world as we could get it. However, we recently fell in love with a 4×4 camper at a festival… and ended up buying it! After falling in love with Overlanding, we’ve realised we can’t do without the 4×4 capability. We wouldn’t be parting with the sprinter if it wasn’t for this. It’s a great-looking van that drives very well.

The van has partially been converted to a camper with the following:-
○ Thule Omnistor 6300 Awning 4m long, winds out 2.5m – never been used & top of the range
○ 2 x tinted rear windows fitted
○ 1 x slide door opening window fitted (with fly screen – really important to keep the midges out & hard to source)
○ 1 x universal (780mm by 240mm) opening window fitted (with fly screen)
○ HEKO front window wind deflectors
○ Reversing Camera – Dolphin Brake Light camera
○ Dodo Mat DEADN Hex sound deadening
○ Heavy duty ply-wood floor
○ Extruded aluminum mounted to the roof with angle iron ready to fit the solar panel
