2020 Vauxhall Vivaro 2.0 (Euro 6)
Here is my wonderful 2020 Vauxhall Vivaro 2.0 Diesel in grey, 80k on the clock and compliant with Euro 6 standards making it a future proof choice (incl ULEZ for London). This camper van is in good condition both inside and out, with some minor imperfections. Originally an Enterprise vehicle, it comes with a part service history, however it’s known that they are serviced regularly maintained by their inhouse mechanics – and has a full service history since I’ve owned it.
The van boasts new front tyres with less than 2,000 miles on them and I’ve had side and back windows professionally fitted. The right-hand side window fully opens to allow perfect airflow for camping. The 2.0 engine has strong performance even when fully loaded with camping gear and personal items, making it a much better option than the alternative 1.6.
Inside, the van is equipped with a modern portable power station, eliminating the need for a dated leisure battery. This setup powers four dimmable ceiling spotlights and a secondary lamp-style mood light, perfect for creating a cosy atmosphere in the evenings. You’ll also find USB-C and USB sockets, a 240v standard plug socket, and a 12v plug.
The interior has been thoughtfully designed with a Slat-lite Acoustic Wood Wall Panel ceiling, offering a stylish and lightweight solution. The van is fully sound-deadened and insulated with foam-backed sheeting and recycled bottle wool, ensuring comfort in all weather conditions. The lightweight laminate flooring is durable and easy to clean, complemented by custom edge trim for a polished finish. Additionally, the cork-fitted side panels are perfect for pinning up photos and memorabilia, with a built-in lamp for a clean and simple setup.
All the hard work has been done, from insulation to electrical setup, leaving only the bed to be added. A quick look on eBay shows pull-out beds for around £250, or even cheaper if you want to build it yourself. Alternatively, you can throw in an air bed if you want to hit the road immediately. This van is a reliable, stylish, and practical choice, ready for your adventures and will be sorely missed by myself and my wife.
