The Vehicle:
The vehicle itself is a black LWB VW Crafter Year 2021 with 55k miles. Only one previous owner before the conversion and the vehicle is in excellent condition with full VW service history. The van has just had its first MOT and sailed through with no advisories. The vehicle will come with a 12 month Warranty from the AA (protects you against almost all mechanical and electrical faults), and this also includes a 12 month breakdown cover. The paintwork is excellent and we have fitted new alloy wheels and all terrain tyres to the vehicle. Other external features include a rear access ladder, 240v hook up connector and under chassis waste water tank. The fresh water tank is located in the garage area and this ensures that the water does not freeze during the winter months.

Campervan Design Concept & Description:
This must be one of the nicest conversions for sale in Europe right now. The attention to detail is first class, the photographs do not do it justice, viewings recommended.
The concept design of this vehicle was to provide a spacious seating/dining area with a very large kitchen area and full sized bathroom. The position of the bathroom allows you to access directly from the rear of the vehicle thereby avoiding wet clothing etc entering into the living space. There is space in a hidden storage area designed for the use of a portable WC.
The first floor pop top provides sufficient space for two persons and essentially provides you with an option to retain the living seating space whilst having the bedroom upstairs. Alternatively you can have 4 No. persons sleeping using both the upstairs and downstairs sleeping areas. We have also designed the seating cabinetry specifically to allow space for an Aguti seat belt folding seat (see link: https://www.aguti.com/en/camper-vans/additional-seats/folding-seat-20/) giving you the 4th seat belt if you require.
Due to the large amount of glazing there is beautiful light within the living area at all times, another bonus is when then sun is out you can unzip the poptop scenic roof and this then allows the sunlight to flood into the space. Also this a beautiful spot to sit up and enjoy a sunrise or some star gazing at night time
During the colder months you can use the Truma Heater (recognised as the best available) and at a flip of a switch the living space will be lovely and warm. There is also a thermostat built into the system that can control/regulate the temperature throughout the night.
There is hot and cold water feeding the kitchen, shower and bathroom sink. The water can be heated via the 240V (when connected to the hook up) or via the gas supply.
No expense has been spared on any element of this conversion, if you are a perfectionist and only the best will do then this vehicle is for you.
