A well running van that has been well maintained. We have had a lot of fun in this van over the years seeing our amazing country and having recently re-freshed the interior carpentry and exterior paint work, it’s now ready for new owners. There is no rust on the bodywork which i have recently re painted in Turquoise and added the tree branch transfers on the side. There is a dent on the side sliding door which is cosmetic and does not effect the working of the door. 4 good tires with plenty of tread. A 2 litter diesel engine which I’ve had regularly serviced as did the previous owner here in mid Powys. I’ve had a new alternator put in it around 4 years ago and have had no other problems. Manual 6 gears which is firm. Original CD Radio in the cab.
The interior of the living space has most of that you would need for a simple life on the road. Two ring gas hob. Sink with hand pump tap from water storage underneath. A small Halfords 12v fridge / cool box. Simple porta loo in its own cupboard. Over head touch 12v lights. USB & cigarette plug charging point. Various cupboard, hooks and draws for storing essentials for an adventure.
The long bench seat is great for a proper relax and is used to sit at the removable pedestal table when eating. This bench then pulls out into a good size 1.85m double bed. The colourful blinds roll down to give total privacy. The manual air vent above the kitchen area is essential for fresh air especially when sleeping or in hot weather.
Most of the materials is wood sourced locally which gives a warm contemporary cabin feel. The endgrain wall tiles i made and installed a few years ago which gives a totally unique feel and look you wont find in any other van. Its a space to relax in and look after your needs on a journey but also a space to be calm and inspire. A chance to own a true Quirky Campervan made by the owner to reflect the spirit of individuality and adventure. I’ve been slowly doing up for a few years having originally used to sleep in while working away. After also enjoying many adventures in it along with my partner and dog, I have now re vamped ready for a new owner. The log book describes as – Van/Side Windows & Light Goods Vehicle. No structural alterations have been made. More recently I’ve changed the interior and improved it’s over all appearance which functions well as a tiny home but also a space to enjoy being in and getting away from it all without feeling you are stuck in a box. It has some unique crafted features that gives it an individual style if you are looking for something that is not bog standard and dull (there are a lot of them out there). I’ve kept the galley as simple and clean which does most of what is require. The space is minimal in style waiting on someone else to make their own. Plenty of storage space to accommodate various items needed for time away in this van. I hope you enjoy.
