Bespoke luxury off grid ready campervan

Bespoke luxury camper van conversion of a ford transit mk7, long wheel base, high roof. 2.4 litre, 5 speed
This is my pride and joy from many months of blood sweat and tears and not to mention the money spent on it! but now selling as we just don’t get enough time to use it to it’s potential.
About the camper:
Insulated and sound deadened. Off grid ready and electric hook up. Switch control panel with voltage display, 3 x 130ah leisure batteries, split charger, auto 230v switch over from inverter to electric hook up. 4000w inverter, 390w of solar panels, 15 litre electric water heater, fixed fresh water tank with pumped outlet. Diesel heater with remote. Gas hob, sink with mixer tap, shower cubicle with extractor fan. Fridge, digital tv, double bed, storage cupboards, pull out lockable table. Roof vent with air extraction and intake. Privacy windows (one opening) with curtains. External side flood light, cctv with monitor. Reverse camera. Tiled kitchen area, wooden worktop. Luxury gold tap, door handles, hooks, locks. Storage seat bench with cushion. Android touch screen head unit in front cab. This is luxury camping and ready to go.

Some straight up honesty info about the van:
183,000 on clock but apparently it had a refurbished engine fitted in late 2022 with 70, 000 miles on it (unfortunately there is no proof of this, it is what i was told when I bought it in 2023. The previous owner had a mechanic friend who did it) however, you can tell because it starts on the button every single time, even in freezing conditions! And runs absolutely perfect with no knocking or clunking sounds etc.
Mot’d til may this year but happy to put another 12 month on it. Last mot was just ati roll bar joint, a peice of brake pipe and a wheel bearing needed replacing. Only done 1000 miles in last year. The front cab interior is pretty much perfect, seats etc all good and clean.
The van was originally white but the previous owner resprayed it in like a magnetic grey. It does have age related scuffs and scrapes here and there but does look really nice when washed. No bad rust or corrosion. Recent new windscreen fitted. Recent auxiliary belt fitted.
Will come with drive away awning worth approx £400!, side canopy awning, appliances such as air fryer, hotplate, fridge, digital tv, dyson cordless vacuum.
