Ex RAC van in great condition with full service history. We converted the van ourselves in 2019 starting with stripping out and cleaning the RAC workshop and lining thoroughly with thermal insulation and carpet lining, wood effect click and link vinyl flooring, side and back windows (side with an opening).
The ‘L’ shaped sofa pulls out to become a full-sized double bed with a comfortable deluxe foam mattress (15cm thickness). There are two generous storage lockers either side of the bed and an indoor/outdoor kitchen unit with storage cupboard and removable camping gas cooker, ample storage below bed and in front double seat. We have installed an EU regulation swivel base on the double seat. The van has a Remo multi rail and a detachable asymmetric awning/shade from KiraVans, also Remo awning compatible.
Tow bar fitted by RAC. Slimline roof rack and rails. The leisure battery has x2 USB & x12v port with a digital voltage gauge. Full service history including new gear box & clutch (2022), new back suspension (2023), cam belt (2020) starter motor (2024). The van has been super reliable, and we have enjoyed taking it to remote places (including Outer Hebrides) & European trips (Van is set up for driving in EU).
