Body style is a panel van, mainly good with one dent in the back which id happily chat through with a buyer.
A great van, have had no issues with how it drives and have completed some long journeys including around the UK and over in Europe.
Converted my dad and daughter with lots of thought and care!
Dad is a trade builder, architectural woodcarver and carpenter, so we took care in every step of the build with expert hands!
Note: We had ALL electrics and plumbing (including underslung tanks), and diesel heater professionally installed!
Includes:
– 2 underslung tanks – fresh and grey water – easy to fill and drain! Digital screen to monitor levels in van
-diesel heater – air and water, uses vans diesel tank and has a digital panel to control
– full sink with hot and cold water
– shower with hot and cold water
-12v pump
-12v vintage style fridge (large one!)
-Thetford installed toilet, which empties via a cassette reached through a door on the outside of the van
-MaxxFan roof fan with remote control
-2 x leisure batteries with split charge system and ability to switch from 12v to 240v, plug in at campsites or go completely off grid! Leisure batteries are amazing! All fuse box and access to this is from a small garage area at back of van. Digital screen to monitor in the van
-Plenty of plug sockets, USB chargers – 12v and 240v
-LED lights under cupboards , ceiling spotlights
– sequoia table leg system with dining table, easily removed and adjusted
-4 windows with black out curtains
-2 bench seats – which convert into a double bed when the table leg is removed and table joins the bench seats.
-durable work surfaces in both sides
-fun little quirks to the van- like our shelf above the sink and wallpapered bulk head
Storage-
LOADS!
– Garage area at back of the van, where the seating area is slightly raised, creating more space.
– both bench seats lift up for heaps of storage
– small wardrobe for hanging items and shoe storage next to it with fitted basket
– over cab compartment fully carpeted and lined
-overhead cupboards on both sides of the van – fully lined with hydraulic lift and lock in place buttons to keep everything in when on the move!
– 2x huge draws in the kitchen area
Please note, there is no cooker in the van. We originally designed it with a full hob ans cooked and it was never used, plus we felt it didn’t fit with gas regulations. Therefore, we removed to create lots more space in the van. And instead have 2 great options for cooking- an worktop easy gas cooker easily used in the van on the large work surfaces and a bbq- we cooked outside most of the time anyway! And felt this worked best!
Double bed big enough for 2!
seating converted into a bed in the van, made with memory foam.
