I professionally converted this van from a panel van to campervan over last winter.

ABOUT THE VAN
I bought the van in March 2022, after buying the van I noticed I was losing water, So after getting it check out the Warranty covered the following repairs!
• New head gasket
• New turbo
• New timing belt and water pump
• Full service.
The van has Full VW service history apart from the last year which was done my local garage.
The body of the van is in very good condition for its age, It does have a few marks on the rear doors but no rust.
The cab as Air CON which is great to cool down.
THE BUILD
Walls and ceiling insulated.
Panels have sound deafening added.
4 added tinted windows to rear.
Roof sky opening skylight fitted.
9mm V lining boards fitted to walls.
Celling has North America Red Cedar linings with LED spotlights.
Beds = Pull out 6ft long double bed, 1 single across front seats, 1 hammock style bed above sink with ladder.
Porta potty toilet under seat.
Gas 2 hob and oven grill.
Gas heating with thermoset (which is amazing)
Water and cold water sink.
Recycling bins integrated.
80L 12v fridge freezer
12v USB charging points around the van to charge phones,laptops etc.
Plenty storage.
GAS BBQ hook up at the side sliding door.
Outdoor Shower at the rear doors.
Under bed garage.
Double seats swivel around making great space.
Single rear seat swivels.
Table with leg in storage and can be easily fitted for dinner time.
Seats where all Fully upholstered by Luxury Auto Interiors in Real leather and tartan fabric. NOT COVERS!
New DAB Apple and Android play head unit fitted with rear view camera.
Rear and near side LED spotlights fitted for the dark nights.
F80 awing fitted.
New alloys and tyres fitted.
Graphics fitted.
ALL ELETRICS, PLUMBING AND GAS , done by Roaming homes in Cawdor
1. To supply and install 12V electrics system including split charger, 2 no. leisure
battery, fuse box, cable and 12V outlet sockets.
2. To supply and install awning light.
3. To supply and install 2 no. slimline rear door lights.
4. To supply and install 4 no. LED lights to living area of van and 2 no directional reading lights with dimmer.
5. To supply and install 150W solar panel including MPPT controller.
6. To supply and install 30ltr underslung gas tank, gas manifold, regulator and
associated pipework and fittings.
7. To supply and install CRX80 fridge including flush mount for the front of fridge.
8. To supply and install 80 ltr underslung freshwater tank and 40 ltr underslung waste water tank.
9. To supply and install rear shower for external use, including pump and all other associated components.
10. To supply and install Truma Combi 4E boiler for heating/hot water system including 4 no. ducted outlets and associated pipework.
11. To supply and install gas BBQ point.
I think I have covered everything but please ask any questions, I am only selling to fund another build.
We have been using the van since Feb and also travelled Ireland on July which was amazing, we are a still using the van so the milage might change slightly.
