Beautiful 3.5T Luton Campervan Conversion

Finally the time has come to sell my beautiful luton

I lived in this Van full time for about 2 years, I am extremely gutted to see it go. Only selling as also have a 7.5T truck. It’s an absolute dream to live in, I finished converting it after I moved into it so lots of thought went into the little details.

THE CONVERSION –

– Fully insulated with 50mm celotex – walls and ceiling. Fully ply lined, varnished on the outside and heavy duty expensive washable paint on the inside. Decorated for durability and really easy to clean and keep looking good. (I have left-over paint in most the the colours used for any touch ups you might need to do in the future).
– Full sized double bed above the luton, with really comfy ikea mattress.
– Another Mega bed (bigger than a double) can be made from the sofa cushions.
– Long, wide hatch that opens fully next to the bed to let the breeze in while you sleep.
– 2 beautiful porthole windows which are great as you can leave these open and still be secure..
– Amazing wood burner (really good quality, it stays light all night) With a storage box for logs underneath.
– Loads of storage under the sofas
– Clothes cupboards above the sofa
– Another shelf / cupboard above the door
– 2 ring LPG gas hob
– Full size fridge / freezer (240v)
– Sink with waste drainage (No water tank but tap and tank can easily be installed, and we can do this for an extra cost if it’s something that you need)
– Loads of kitchen cupboard space, full size kitchen cupboards, and extra shelves above the worktops.
– Full sized gas bottle cupboard accessed from the back
– C02 Alarm
– Beautiful oak kitchen surfaces / shelves and table
– 12V Lights and multiple USB charging points.
– 4 x 240 double power sockets
– 240 power
– New solar system installed; 2 x 235W panels, MPPT controller, 2 x 250Ah high quality batteries.
– Partner works for a van conversion company, if there are any additional works needed, these can be arranged prior to sale.

THE VAN –

– 2011 Transit 350HD 140
– 145K on the clock.
– High spec, High power model, Lovely to drive.
– Before me, one Fleet Owner from New, Well maintained on a 6 weekly maintenance schedule.
– Excellent condition mechanically, clutch, gearbox, engine etc all sweet.
– MOT until Feb 2022, sailed through its last one and has only done 400 Miles since.
– Tow bar and electrics fitted, high towing capacity.
– Cab has just had nearly a grands worth of bodywork done on dent repair and re-spraying.
– Luton box chassis just been de-rusted and wax-oiled.

Great for family camping and can comfortably sleep 4 or 5 people.
