Introducing my beautiful tiny home Hollie the van. Sheโs manual 5 gear , 2 litre 2005 reg. Miles are just under 170,000and she’s in great condition. Mechanically wise she is sound and has never let me down, she passed her last MOT with two advisoryโs , a cracked wing mirror and her first rust advisory . I have just had her fully serviced and also had the rust fixed with ยฃ580 of welding and sealed up so her bodywork and engine is sound. . her MOT is due mid July. I have a decent amount of paper work from her previous owner about service history. One of the best things I like about her is that she fits in a regular sized parking space (just about) and isn’t immediately obvious as a campervan. she has two belted seats in the front. I’m hoping she goes to someone who loves her as much as me! I’m selling her because I’m going travelling in japan and she will be missed.
Hollie a beautiful handcrafted conversion with wooden cabinets and cladding, as you can see from the photos she’s a cute and cosy tiny home. She is all kitted out and ready to go for the summer with a double bed , memory foam mattress . Large garage space at the back for camping equipment with a shelf to pull down and cook on (i use a dual burner either inside or outside on the pull down shelf) . She is self sufficient with 100W solar and an inverter and usb outlet ports and I’ve never had the voltage go below 12V output even in winter (there’s a LED display for the solar and diesel heater) she also has a split relay in case the solar is disconnected . She also has a diesel heater with its separate tank , storage space in the front for clothes etc , a sink with simple cold water plumbing (not hooked up). plenty of space for storage I’ve lived in her for a year around the UK. Spotlights inside hooked up to the solar and she’s and fitted with a carbon monoxide alarm and has a fire extinguisher. Fully insulated with a small back window on the barn doors and a sliding on one side . Two seats with the cab sprayed cream and red she was initially called Rosie when i picked her up! There is space for a fridge and porta potty in the back garage if you wish, I just never went down this route. she has two little portholes with covers to let some natural light in, and she fits in a regular sized uk parking space which is a lifesaver for parking. ill be sad to see her go but I’m moving to japan so she’s becoming my travel fund!
fixed bed double with full memory foam mattress (not sawn down). under the bed its slats for ventilation and garage space at the back and clothes/other storage at the front.
